Intimate and welcoming environment , where you will be greeted by a friendly staff and where you can sample some of the excellent Abruzzo and Puglia tipicita skewers accompanied by a platter of bruschetta and stuffed pizzonde , or raw and pecorino or why
We have just had a fantastic time at Piano B in Montesilvano. Atmosphere was brilliant with a real buzz about the venue. The food was served with real pride and precision and was simply excellent. The dessert we shared was truly delicious and overall probably the best meal we have had during our entire break in Italy. Thank you to the staff for coping with our limited Italian vocabulary and for making our last night one to remember. I wish we could move your restaurant back to the UK!

Our first meal in Pescara, not far from our hotel on a quiet street. Nondescript exterior, charming interior, brick arched ceilings. White tablecloths. We had still water, the house wine --reasonable and quite acceptable dry red--small side salad. A basket of very nice assorted breads with olive oil. My husband ordered the baccalà with carmelized onions, mushrooms and potatoes. It came with a lovely fresh salad of greens, radicchio, shaved fennel, lightly dressed. I had chitarrina, homemade spaghetti with mushrooms and truffles. Dessert il budino di Domenico--flan/custard with cinnamon.

Reading reviews on TripAdvisor, those for Sette Vele were the only ones that inspired me to opt for a fish dinner in Montesilvano. And as already said in the previous reviews the restaurant is great in every aspect of it - the atmosphere, the service and the food. There was a good amount of space between the tables, the music was soft and the lighting was not too bright providing for a relaxed atmosphere. The waiter was friendly, attentive and overall I would rate the service as very professional. Also the chef came out of the kitchen to greet the guests. For the starter I chose the suggestion by chef which consisted of five small dishes and the waiter explained that the exact composition of the plate would vary according to the fresh produce availability and chef's inspiration. For the main dish I ordered swordfish with pistachio and asparagus. And I ordered a glass of Trebbiano d'AbruzzoAfter I had placed the order the waiter brought an amuse-bouche, a glass of Pecorino spumante and a basket with different bread straight out of the oven. The starter consisted of cold and hot "assaggini" (small portions) and the waiter suggested the tasting order for the best appreciation of the different flavors: prawn in a half of a passion fruit, slices of slightly grilled marinated tuna, courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and shellfish on a puree of violet potatoes, "sarde in agrodolce" (sweet and sour sardines) and prawns in creamy ginger sauce. My favorites were the courgette flowers and the creamy ginger sauce, I ended up mopping up the sauce with bread. The swordfish was tender and paired perfectly with pistachio and asparagus. They had nice choice of desserts, but I was full, so I ended the meal with a coffee and amaro. The bill totaled 40 euro.

Hosteria "SORSI E MORSI" is born from the careful management of VITO, FRANCESCO and PAOLO who care with their chef a rustic-traditional kitchen revisited in modern and refined style. Particular attention is paid to the first homemade pasta dishes, as well
Excellent food. We had four different dishes and all were delicious. Top service from our friendly and patient waitre. Highly recommended.

Had a quick bite here for lunch before catching a flight out of Pescara. The venue is very clean and has a captivating ambient, fresh, young and welcoming. The self-service area is well arranged and offers a nice variety for all tastes. My associate ordered the "tagliata di manzo" beef. The Chef at the grill was very kind and funny and she knew what to suggest and how to cook it just right. The meat came with loads of sides on the plate (potatoes, veggies, salad) and it was absolutely delicious and cooked beautifully. My pasta dish was fine, maybe a bit more attention when cooking the pasta, especially fresh pasta, which was not well combined with the clamsOverall positive lunch experience.

This restaurant was recommended by a local,it isn't on the main highway. We were very impressed with the room, the service and the excellent local dishes. We had complimentary tasters at the end of the meal which was a nice extra. All the dishes were explained to us by an English speaking waiter. It was busy, with a great atmosphere, try and go if you are in the area.

The people were really friendly, the food was amazing. I did't get to try the meat because I was too full after the antipasti and the pasta. It was without doubt the best meal I have had in Abruzzo in the last year. The antipasti was different to anywhere else in this area and the pasta was right champion, made with seasonal ingredients. It's the best. Try it!!!

On the outside there are building works and scaffolding surrounding this very small and unattractive building. On the inside is the most delicious pizza ever at incredible prices!!I had the Proscuitto Crudo and my partner had the Napoli. The dough was so fresh and flavoursome and the toppings such good quality and delicious.Aside from some âfried startersâ and a few non-homemade desserts, this place is ONLY pizza. But what super delicious pizza it is! Our 2 pizzas plus 250ml red wine, water and a tiramisu were only 23!euros.And the owners are so lovely - they did everything they could to understand our lack of Italian!High recommend for a casual pizza pit stop!!
