Find out what Mediterranean restaurants to try in Sopot. The smallest of the Trójmiasto (Tri-Cities), the Baltic Sea spa town of Sopot is smack between Gdansk and Gdynia, just a few miles from each. A retreat for the rich and royal for centuries, Sopot’s exclusive air remained even through the Communist era, and the tony town has undergone a building boom in recent years. Boasting beautiful beaches and ritzy resorts, Sopot is also known for its Wooden Pier (the longest in Europe), the lovely mid-woods Forest Opera and lively Monte Cassino Street.

Pelican is a place in the very center of Sopot, combining modern cuisine, author's cocnatils and a wide selection of wines
The place isn't anything out of ordinary, either on a positive or negative side. The waitress was very nice and helpful, the interior pretty nice and inviting as well but I was terribly disappointed in food. Why? Because the appetizer I ordered was not even close to what it should be. In fact it was a completely different dish. In short, I ordered duck Pho, and instead I got something really awful that seemed to be unfinished Tahir curry. The cook must have been really confused as to what (s)he was trying to prepare. The only ingredient I could taste was hot chili, there was hardly any meat and one sad green leaf. I am not a stranger to spicy food, I ate a lot of different pho (including in rural northern Vietnam where it originates from) and can take a lot but this was just awful. I knew I wouldn't have the Pho of my life but I was hoping to have a Pho not something that shouldn't even be listed as such. I was also intrigued by a "duck pho" which is not the thing. Pho is typically made either on chicken or beef broth. My second dish was Tagliatelle frutti di mare and that was better but not outstanding. Mediterranean food is what they should stick to and not experiment with anything else. This place has no clue what a pho is.

I visited Sopot on March 16th to walk the longest wooden pier in Europe. While I was there I went into the Metidian restaurant which is situated right in the pier.I can only say good things about my experience here. First of all it is not a tourist trap . It is an authentic a Polish restaurant and I think I was the only foreigner there at the time. There were lots of family groups including young children who were very well behaved enjoying a late lunch on a cold Saturday afternoon. All staff that I met were super friendly and efficient. My food was amazing and worth every minute that I waited fir it. It was cooked to order which in my book is always a good sign.

Was recommended this restaurant by our taxi driver coming from the airport. Iâm so glad that he did, we had a great meal. The service was a little slow but they place was busy and we werenât in a rush. The sharing Antipasti was fabulous and enough for at least 3 people. The pizzas we had were really good but couldnât eat it all due to having too much starter! The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a lovely evening here with great food.

Unfortunately I cannot leave positive review here. Garden seemed nice but from far away. When you sit there you can notice a lot of dust and dirty things. Service was slow. Food average. Portion of lasagne very big.

Unbelievably good pizza! We ordered quattro formaggi and parma pizzas with tomato sauce and both were really good. They apparently use olive oil so much that itâs just perfect the way it tastes. Really good service also. Thank you so much.

Our friends took us to this restaurant for dinner (obiad). What a pleasant experience. Clean, artistically decorated property at a quiet street just off the touristically packed walking street. Staff is extremely nice. All dishes were extra ordinary and served in an artistic way. They have some great wines. Unfortunately I could only take a sip or two as I was driving. Sebastian the ChefCook will give you advise both on food and wines.Do not miss this place if you are nearby Sopot. We would love to visit this place again.

Seafood Station Restaurant, Bar & Grill offers top quality seasonal seafood, fish and meat served with the best, regional produce available. In the morning you can enjoy delicious breakfast with never ending coffee! With simple yet classic, modern interio
All in all a decent place. Some dishes were delicious some were not that great! The mango shrimp were average, the garlic shrimp were wonderful, salmon ceviche was terrible and uninspired! The beetroot carpaccio was delicious! The desserts were allright! The service was nice but patchy! The restaurant is well designed and good for any occasion! The bill came up to 500pln for three which was quite expensive considering we did not have that much food. All in all decent and worth recommending.
