Things to do in Siguenza
We had a selection of rationes and a couple of glasses of wine. The food was beautifully presented, hot and plentiful. The staff were attentive and prompt. The menu has many vegetarian dishes, both hot and cold. The house salad was one of the best we've had in the area. Prices are very reasonable. This must be one of the best choices for eating in Siguenza.

And also in our Hotel, the CIRO and Lola restaurant offers a fine cuisine and a collected and elegant atmosphere, together with the views that can be seen from it, will make you participate in a lunch / dinner that is difficult to forget .

During our trip across Spain it was hard to find nicely cooked and we were getting fed up with tourist food. We were delighted with the restaurant at Parador and the prices were not unreasonable for nicely cooked quality food. We dined here on both nights of our short stay. We ordered from the 3 course set menu which offered a big choice, at 34 Euros pp plus the additional cost for drinks. The entree of vegetable lasagne on a bed of fresh creamy tomato sauce was perfection, the back strap of beef on a bed of potato was juicey, the pork cheeks in sauce filling and tasty, the dessert of cake soaked in liquor with chocolate sauce was divine and so was the light almond lemony dessert. At last, decent good food cooked with love. The wine selection is good too. We found the head waiter and all the staff very friendly and helpful, and service was provided with a smile. We appreciate quality food and we found it here, thank you Parador for the love you put into every bite. The 3 course meal was far too much food for us. On the second night we couldn't manage all 3 courses again, so we ordered 1 set menu of 3 courses and 1 main meal. They are happy for you to share food and this was a good option as weshared an entree and dessert but both had separate main dishes. A great experience in a Castle dining by candlelight, feeling like royalty.Dear dinkumpomm, Thank you for leaving a positive feedback about El Parador de Turismo de Sigüenza via TripAdvisor. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and were impressed with our team members with their special attention and personalized service. Your compliments will be shared with the entire team. We hope to welcome you back soon. Best regards, José MarÃa Pérez-Reverte General Manager

Taberna Seguntina is an excellent choice for people who like to dine well and also enjoy the local cuisine. The service was immaculate, the terrace (daytime only) offered a spectacular view. Thank you to the waiters: Ivan, Jacinto and Tomas for their fine service and introduction into several Orujos (high spirit digestif).

Bödega is the perfect place to enjoy the best Spanish food with our very best selection of wines.
Strange impression. The atmosphere wants to look rustic and at the same time modern, with the result to be artificial and a copy of the "new informal style" topical now in the big towns in Spain. The food really delicious. Pity that not accompanied by a good selection of wines and by a, at least, a normal kind and careful service.Casual? Informal? Let's try once more in the future and let's see. At the moment I prefer other places. May be, other people can like it in a village which really doesn't offer the quality the visitors deserve

This is one of those place that is not for many. It is a place that you really want to go. Being in a nice village in the Castilla La Mancha region. The rooms are very nice and cosy with good quality furniture and amenities. You can enjoy the nature and atmosphere of small Spanish village. The food is great and you would not believe that you can find in such a place. The garden is also something to enjoy throughout seasons. Thank you to the owners and to Violeta for making us feel so comfortable and enjoy a more than a pleasant weekend.

Atrio is placed in the charming city center of the medieval town of Sigüenza. We offer a wide range of drinks, tapas and food. Enjoy our quality on service and food as well as the unique ambiance at our place. Wide selection of beers, wines and cocktails.
We had dinner here as it was the place we found with the most life and modernish decor. The menu is varied, ranging from pizzas and hamburgers to more typical dishes. The eggs with foie and mushrooms was good as well as the chicken burger. Chips with ham and eggs (revuelto con jamon y huevos) was tasty and salmorejo was well presented but needed a bit more salt and vinager.Waiter very nice but a little forgetful, reasonable prices. You can est inside or out.

We came to this restaurant following Lonely Planet's directions, however it didn't really meet our expectations. Nice service, cozy atmosphere, however the food was far away from "wow" effect. Maybe we didn't understand local cuisine, however the pork was far too fat and lamb chops were basically lamb bones... But that's only our taste, which obviously is subjective. By the way... locally grown tomatoes were fantastic!!!

Firstly this is not a budget restaurant but the service is excellent, if anything, one might suggest the service is over-attentive. That said the waiter had precious little else to do as we were the only diners until another couple appeared at the end of our meal.We shared a ravioli starter which was magnificent before choosing the Cabrito (kid) for our mains. Frankly, way to much, the rich meat would have served four!A quite wonderful wine list included the first Guadalajara wine we had ever seen so we had to try it (Rio Negro), excellent value at 19â¬
