After our 3rd dinner here, we can now say that this is the best restaurant we have done in Italy. Not only is the cuisine succulent with high quality local ingredients, also the service is as personal as it comes. Lionel, Jean-paolo, Elvis and the other staff do a great job and everything with a personal smile.

You will enter a simple bar, but don't get fooled by the first impressions: this is the place. Not a fancy Michelin starred restaurant, but a vibrant and fullfilling local business for seafood enthusiasts. Two young owners took over a simple bar and gradually turned it into a restaurant. If you love seafood, this is your place. We asked for Massimo suggestions ( he's the owner and chef) and were totally satisfied. Seafood appetizer is so fullfilling and tasty that might also be a meal on its own.... Well worth a detour if you like true mouthwatering neapolitan cuisine.

Don't be fooled by the location on piazza Stazione in Signa â the staff at Da Enrico will treat you well every time you go! And doesn't matter if its for lunch, dinner, or just for dessert and a glass of wine.Friendly staff welcomed us on our first visit, and that welcome has only grown each time. With great pastas to choose from to fabulous wood-oven cooked pizzas, you'll find something you like. And like most regional places in Italy, the house wines are fine. Great food + good prices + friendly staff = great value

We enjoyed a lovely late summer dinner on the patio, with excellent food and wine. Although the menu was in Italian our waiter was able to help sufficiently with translations, and service was very professional. We had to try the regional specialty, bistecca alla Fiorentina, which is a huge portion for two (we took home leftovers). Prepared very rare, it was delicious although I usually prefer a leaner cut.

The restaurant is located in a fifteenth-century former convent, set in an enviably beautiful position amidst the rolling landscape of the Florentine hills. The building has since been modernized and adapted to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
This was a lovely and large restaurant with a very nice choice of regional specialties. Our group of 9 enjoyed each of our meals and the wine selection. A few staff spoke English which made communication easier and we felt very welcome and unhurried

We were staying at the wonderful Podere Scarabattoli in nearby Signa and decided to dine at the Tramway based on Tripadvisor recommendations. As has been observed, the address as provided, is on the wrong side of the road and not directly across, but look at the other side of the road and the Tramway is easy to find. The entrance is through the front shop. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was filling quickly, and the waiter spoke sufficiently English to allow good communication. We shared an antipasto of salami and cheese, and I had a pappardelle con cinghiale (wild boar) followed by a steak Florentine and my wife the lamb. The portions were extremely large, the food very good, and the Florentine cooked to perfection, all washed down with a very reasonable house wine. If you want good value, and typical Tuscan food, then this is the place for you, and is close to the Villa Medici in Poggio a Caiano.

This restaurant is only a walk away from both Signa and Lastra a Signa and is hidden away off the main road. Pizza is one of the best in the area. Will definitely return.

We stayed at the Villa Castelletti and ate dinner at the restaurant twice. They were some of our best meals in Italy. The grilled octopus was a delight. The beef stew and spaghetti in lobster sauce were off the charts. The local house wines were amazing along with a fantastic and most accommodating staff. Loved it!
