Best taste in town with a nice kids area... We enjoyed the food and the kids enjoyed their time...Recommended
Al baba one of the oldest in Saida is specialized in Lebanese sweets plus some specialties from the city in addition to delicious ice cream and cakes. Its a must stop when in the area

Zawat restaurant is an old traditional Lebanese restaurant . It is located near the sea facing the sea castel. It was the first cinema in Sidon ( roxy cinema ) We serve all kind of Lebanese food with a very good price
Nice amd big, khan-like interior with outdoor and indoor seating. Quite tasty local meals out if which we had aubergine khebab and chicken tawook. We got some sweets on the house. The shortcomings were - waiting staff not speaking English and quite unavailable, though polite, no alcoholic drinks, even beer. Above that good meal.

This place is amazing but not inexpensive. About three dollars for a falafel sandwich. The falafels are not made out of chick-peas. The salad is extremely fresh, the tahini sauce is great, and the shata is hot! Make sure to get the mixed vegetable pickles. Some small tables out front but mostly take-away. The best restaurant in Sidon, and one of the top places in Lebanon!

Dining outdoors was lovely. Not to be missed. Food adequate to good, alcohol separate (on a tour so set meal). Fish was fresh and tasty. Lots of meze.

You absolutely must visit this Tawlet branch in Saida on your next trip to Lebanon. We visited Tawlet last year in central Beirut which we really really loved. So this year we decided to go to their branch in Saida located overlooking the old port. Tawletâs menus are prepared and chosen by local housewives/ chefs / people who enjoy cooking so you really do get a taste for local homemade delicious food. We ordered the usual offerings served at a Lebanese restaurant plus a few additions. Since the menu changes regularly I canât really offer any specific dishes so just go with the flow. I suggest asking the staff to choose for you as they have the best recommendations that day. I had the loval fish cooked in the oven with spices and itâs probably the best fish Iâve ever eaten! My fussy kids also enjoyed their food too. Sadly I only have videos of our visit which I canât seem to upload here. Go and visit Saida afterwards.. the historical town has beautiful old souks, a soap factory, castle and churches. We all enjoyed our day trip to Saida.

Beit Al Samak is a small fish restaurant that opened its doors end of April 2012 in the coastal city of Saida. Beit Al Samak is a family operated restaurant offering the taste of homemade cooking at affordable prices. Our tag line, "Homemade tastes better
Average restaurant with poor service and average-to-poor food, mostly overpriced. This is not compared to international standards, but to Lebanese standards. What's worst is that the table clothes are branded "5-star Tripadvisor"... They are using their fame (real? fake?) to brand themselves as their main asset.
