Hostaria di Bricai Rassa high Valsesia, where over a hundred years ago there was the Locanda delle Alpi , now lives Bricai restaurant, a historical place that blends ancient tastes to current and original ideas balances. To give life and personality of th
I was here with friends from work taking a long weekend's skiing in Monte Rosa. I can only say what an interesting place and very nice people as hosts. The food was all local and and array of specialities. I am not a fan of pollenta but gave it a try and enjoyed the variety of local meats. Lovely old building surrounded by places and obviously a lot of history in the area. Sadly we visited at night so didn't get a chance to see the area that well. Would like to return during the day.

Visited this restaurant on a Sunday. The place was filling up fast.Very advisable to book first.Mixture of groups, families and couples.A very good atmosphere.Light and airy restaurant. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We started with home made ravioli with a crab sauce they were delicious. The steak which we ordered was cooked on an open grill, which we could see from our table. The meat melted in your mouth. We followed this with the delicious home made puddings.I will definately be going back when we are next in the area.

We visited this place during our honeymoon not expecting anything particular. It has been a very nice surprise: excellent food, crazy large portions, everything fresh and tasty. The service was outstandingly nice. This is not fine dining by definition, but it competes with that. If you want to break away a bit from snobbish places where you need a magnifier to find your food on the plate, this place is a very good choice. Lively (unlike the rest of the village), there are some local people, some of them actually just hang in to watch the pizza maker working. Circa half of the menu is fish, the rest is "earth goods" which include mushrooms, meat etc. Very nice experience.

Locale tipico e di grande fascino ambientato in una dimora storica tutta originale. Salette a tema con possibilita' differenti di capienza; dalla piu' intima privee' al salone per ricevimenti cerimonie. Saletta con musica e piccola disco per feste private
Excellent food. My squid starter was very imaginatively prepared and my herb-crusted pork loin was delicious. I had 5 small glasses of wine, 2 bottles of water, one starter, one main course, one coffee. The cost was â¬79 which I think was not good value. If each of the items taken had been â¬1-â¬2 less then the bill would have been closer to â¬60 which would have been fair VFM.
