We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews on Tripadvisor, but something went wrong that evening. Perhaps our expectations where to high, perhaps the chef had a bad day or maybe it was because we chose the special festival play dish. I don´t know, but we were very disappointed. We had a kind of steak sandwich. The bread was amazingly enough both burned and cold as well as spongy because of all the meat juice. The sauce on the meat had a strange lumpy texture and no taste at all. The meat was ok, but all together the meal left us with a really bad taste in the mouth and it was originally our intention to have dessert, but we did not dare to. The atmosphere was nice and waiter was friendly, so if I should ever go there again, it would be for a drink and no food.

The Go Saleto has a very good location and the interior is sober and stylish. Service is friendly and attentive. The pizzas are a bit on the dry side. The Funghi was bread bottom with toppings loose on it, ham and mushrooms. The Topolino was tastier with gorgonzola but somehow lacked the richness of a hot succulent pizza.

We were taken to this restaurant by a local friend who knows Schwerin well. Vivendi is supposedly 1 of the 2 very best restaurants in town. And indeed, we the food here was of outstanding quality. The menu featured appealing sounding Italian dishes, appetizers as well as main courses. The 3 of us ordered all a different meal, and each of these was of very fine taste and quality indeed. For a warm summer's evening, it was a excellent choice as we could sit outside in the quiet garden. Our casual clothing was no problem at all (because of the warm weather, all 3 of us were dressed in shorts, polo's and sneakers). Don't forget to try one of those very nice deserts! I have never had a better crème brulé anywhere else before. If you don't know of this place, you wouldn't find it easily by chance, as it is not in the middle of the city center, but somewhere hidden in the vast gardens that surround the city castle. This restaurant used to be a tea house belonging to the castle's original residents. An excellent choice for a quality dinner in very peaceful surroundings!
Where to eat Bar food in Schwerin: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I visited a lot of countries and as Greek I have to say that I love the Greek food and the Mediterranean food as well. Here in Schwerin I was surprised when I visited the restaurant: a big variety of Mediterranean food, very tasty and with the highest quality. The chef Sefik and his wife Seham are excellent example on how to keep a family restaurant. Personally Iâve tried all of their food: from stuffed eggplant to chicken and lamb ribs and all of them were very yummy! I definitely suggest to visit this family restaurant and to eat a good Mediterranean food. FYI, I am there to eat good food at least every week. If you are on Schwerin or you will visit the town, donât forget to have your lunch or dinner at this restaurant.

Dieses Selbstbedienungsrestaurant hat eine sehr gute Kueche. Wir bestellten Pommes van Suessenkartoffeln, Haenchenspiess und gemischten Salat met Advocado. Alles smeckte sehr gut.
