We dined here as part of an Intrepid tour that was staying in the hotel above. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience to it. The food itself was good but I wasn't particularly impressed with the service. The waiters wanted to do things his way which meant he ended up missing one of the meals in our group which didn't surprise us. So, without the waiter it would have been 5 stars.

Stopped in for a meal at this little restaurant and was lucky enough to get a table for 4 ..it was almost full and quite a popular choice with locals. The menu was varied and prices were in keeping with surrounding restaurants. The staff were courteous and recognised we were English straight away so supplied us with the appropriate menus. The food arrived quite quickly, was all made from fresh ingredients and overall a very nice experience of Umbria. We were lucky enough to see Chancellor Merkle at the Basciica of Santa Maria dei Angels. Afterward her tour, she went across the street and ate at Casa Norcia. The next night we decided if it was good enough for the German Chancellor, it was good enough for us. And, boy, was it. Tiny little place, We both had the stuffed roast pork with a white wine sauce served with rosemary roasted potatoes. The pork was so very tender, one could cut it with a fork. The roasted potatoes were over the top good. If you are in the area and don't want to climb the hill to Assisi, I highly recommend trying this little place out. We'd go again.

Good selection of classical italian pizza. We got our food very fast and had a delicious bottle of wine from a local winery just outside of town for the small price of 10 euro. The waiter was very sweet and the food (and wine) very tasty. It's nothing fancy/romantic, but it turned out to be a really nice place to have a lovely family dinner.

Ristorante a conduzione familiare, cucina prevalentemente a base di pesce di mare, ma abbiamo anche un valido menù di terra.Non abbiamo laboratorio adatto a fornire alimenti senza glutine.
About the only thing I could order gluten free was the risotto and I am so glad! I have never had such a creamy and flavorful risotto in my life. I'll be craving that dish forever. My family enjoyed their dishes and it was reasonably priced and quick. Thank you and see you again

Present in major gastronomic guides, the restaurant in Cascia (Municipality of Cascia) offers a wide variety of dishes, among which stand out the fine dishes of local tradition, with strong and genuine flavors, able to give off evocative sensations that d
A very original soup with a quenelle of pecorino and lemon followed by beautiful tagliatelle with cod. Lovely local house red wine which complemented the pasta surprisingly well. Must also mention the grissini flavoured with wild fennel - never had these before and they were kind enough to pack some up for me to take home. A class act in beautiful surroundings - simple but with great style.Very kind, thanks for the magnificent compliments to our dishes, but even more for the beautiful description of the whole and for having emphasized our behavior. We are very happy to have had you as a guest and we will always be delighted to meet you again.Thank youGreetingsFm. Giustini

Lunch was priced reasonably and was delicious. Service was excellent. They gave a gift to the ladies. It's an excellent restaurant to eat at while waiting for the train.

Steps from the historic central piazza. Family owned and operated. Local and fresh meals for breakfast and dinner. Coffee, pastries, local wine, beer and a full bar. Wood-burning fireplace for the chilly days and air-conditioned during the summer. Homemad
I had a very wonderful and delicious lunch here. Very much recommended! In such a touristy town itâs easy to find sub-par food, but thankfully this restaurant is an exception. (Assisi probably has the worst food Iâve ever had in Italy, so beware of which restaurants you choose!) the service was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful homemade stuffed pasta and nice glass of red wine. Simple but delicious.
