I've never known such brilliant staff. No need to try and catch their eye they are there and attentive to your every whim. Just a short walk from caravanning oyambre you have a beautiful beach and a superb view. The food is excellent. One thing! It is full of Spanish and that should be the finest recommended thing to say

Staff very kind. Great management of simple ingredients and food with your own home's taste.A good secreto ibérico, juicy piece of meat with fried potatoes made at the moment.Fresh fishes that changes along the week. Don't be afraid about their prices. Not expensive at all.Diferent from the sea food offers, more formals or focusing to the tourist.Beer directly from manufacter.

We arrived to San Vicente after a long driving from the Picos De Europa reservation (from Fuente De). We travelled around their sea shore and later parked our car and went to visit the port. After few restaurant checking we found this restaurant by their big note of the menu of the day. This menu allow the customer to enjoy several dishes in a low price. We were welcomed nicely and ordered our dishes. The service came quickly and the food was very good.Their desserts were not good (especially the ice cream)Very recommended

Bar, restaurant, rations, fish, meat. Offer seasonal, possibility of half portions for children. Value adjusted price, terrace with sea views, good atmosphere. Improved team.
We originally stopped here for just a coffee, along with our dog. One of the waitresses came out and pointed at our dog saying something in Spanish (my Spanish is not great!), and we were oh no they donât take dogs, however all she was trying to say was that the lead was wrapped around our dogs paw!! She then even brought out a dog bowl, and proceeded to fill it up with mineral water (which we werenât charged for btw). Coffee was lovely. We wandered off, but decided to return for lunch given the warm welcome we were given. Lunch was amazing, started with an amazing house salad which was big, but very tasty. We did go to order another starter, but the waitress informed us that the salad would probably be enough for two which was very accurate and appreciated! I then had the Merluza (Hake) on top of black rice with cuttlefish which was really really (yes thats two reallyâs) good. Price was very reasonable, and it was a really nice spot on the harbour side with great service.Weâll definitely be returning on our next trip to this beautiful part of Spain.

We spent a month in Spain and this was the star meal. 12 euro menu which included a superb bottle of house wine. For starters hubby had the best fish soup of the holiday and best squid. Both deserts were beautiful. But it was more than just the food and wine - the staff were lovely and the chef seemed to love the fact that we loved his food. Managed to have quite a chat with the waiter in Spanish and he was so pleasant. very much a local's haunt as well which gave it a lovely feel. We go to San Vicente a lot and so pleased to have discovered here, Muchas gracias a todos!

We had a really good Cantabrian meal in this simple red-checked tablecloth, paper napkin tavern up some concrete steps on a cold rainy May evening. The menu del dia seemed the best bet with a half dozen options for each of the two main courses: a la carte options were available. Starters were anchovies with succulent roasted red peppers and a dozen thumbnail-sized, uncommonly tender mussels, in a garlicky, winey broth that we fought over to sop up with the excellent bread . We both had the lamb chops, which in fact were a pile of delicate pencil-thin ribs with the attached morsel of loin from a very young animal, flash fried. Although done to well, the meat was remarkably tender. The ubiquitous fries accompanied the lamb. Dessert was a flan and rather liquid rice pudding, both okay enough. The 18 ⬠per person price included a very decent young Rioja, making the evening a winner.

Warm welcome and the freshest seafood make for a great combination. Plus a sure hand in the kitchen makes the best of the great stuff they procure

We tried this place in the most crowed week of the year, in mid August. Nevertheless, we had a nice table outside and tasted several good dishes: fried chopitos (small fried calmari), anchovies, green pepperoni (pimientos) and rice with lobster (arroz bogavante). Excellent white wine from Cantabria. Service was fast and professional.Honest price, 85⬠for 3 persons.

The are many seafood restaurants in this town...and Boga-Boga comes in as the most highly recommended by my friends. It proved to be outstanding! We had the lobster and potatoes meal with garden salad with Spanish wine. They brought out homemade spreads made from the local fish to start and a great local bread. When the Lobster meal arrived it was a large 2 kg lobster from the local waters cooked with very special Spanish Potatoes. We ate tell we couldn't hold anymore! Just "finger licking" good! Price was 22 euros each for everything....a great place for lunch...go early or make a reservation. A top seafood restaurant in Cantabria....we recommend without reservations...just top draw !!
