Le petit Vincent a une terrasse panoramique sur le vieux port. Ambiance détente et cosy.
Directed here as overflow from Chez Vincent, this small overly precious restaurant features an uninteresting and excessively asian menu. No other fish but tuna, competently prepared, but with small very overcooked side of asian style vegetables. My wife's curry flavorful but small. For dessert I ordered profiteroles to keep it simple. These prepared with overly sweetened creme patisserie instead of ice cream, and a prepackaged cookie instead of a proper choux paste. The worst I have ever had. Nespresso served as expresso. Forgotten by our server for most of the meal. Expensive.

The chef is from Umbria in Italy and that shows: this is authentic high quality Italian food. The pappardelle al cinghiale (fresh pasta with wild boar) tasted just like in Umbria. Everything is freshly made including the fresh pasta. Nice outdoor seating. The prices are reasonable for the quality and size of the portions. There are a lot of delicious dishes to choose from, so it is great that you are allowed to share so you can sample more of them. Good selection of wines, both from Corsica and from Italy (mostly Umbria). Very good service too. The chef's wife and an additional server are making every effort to make sure everyone has a great time and it shows. This restaurant is very popular, so reservations are recommended.

Steak house aperitif and wine bar
We took the Corsican specialities and as there was a choice of 2 starters, mains and desserts we took one of everything and swapped plates. It was all delicious and such interesting combinations. The staff looked after us very well in spite of our limited French and even phoned for a taxi at the end of the meal no charge. The Muscat wine although shown as an aperitif went well with all the food in my view.

Set in the old port, with lovely view from the balcony overlooking the port, this small largely Italian restaurant has very welcoming staff. Suggest you book if you want to eat outside. Good food, and wine, but from our experience would suggest if having fresh fish check on fish size as two small dorada are not as easy to eat as one medium/ large one, particularly if you don't like bones

La Litorne Au-dessus de Bastia, quand la ville a cédé la place à la nature et au maquis, la route de la colline découvre le hameau de Casevecchie. Intimement serrées les unes contre les autres le long de ruelles étroites, ses vielles maisons couvertes de
It is 5mn drive from Bastia on the hill. The view is great. Food is really good. You can go for the pizza or grilled meat. A speciality of the house is the woodoven cooked veal chop (have a bottle of Saparale wine with it). I really like this place.

We first stopped at this place for the happy hour cocktails and tapas which were both lovely btw. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were particularly over vegetarian choices on the menu.We returned another night for dinner and it lived up to our expectations. We enjoyed it so much we went back for more tapas and cocktails on our last day.

Weâd consulted Trip Advisor, but restaurants we fancied were either closed on a Monday or had disappeared. A walk round the old port revealed plenty of busy restaurants but mostly with bad reviews. Weâd passed Le Petit Zinc at the beginning of our search but were slightly put off by the fact that it was empty. Finally we returned and it was still empty, but this time we decided to stayNo starters on the menu. So straight to a limited selection of main courses. I had seiche (cuttlefish) with a fruity salad. My wife had a steak. We both enjoyed these but thought they were a little expensive. We were offered desserts but instead chose a cheeseboard to share. The Corsican cheeses were lovely.Weâd had 4 glasses of excellent local wine between us and had not enquired as to their price. In fact they were very good value. So finally the bill at 58 Euro was less than we expected. Charming waitress added to the fun.

The access is by road and the road is curvy, bu tit was worth the drive. The hotel and restaurant offer a Beautiful scenic view over the Corsican coast, Mediterranean Sea, Elba island and you can even see the Italian coast as the weather was sunny and clear. The menu is tempting with a good selection of local products, charcuterie, fish, lamb, veal, cheese and local fruits. You really feel like selecting a bite of each dish ...The quantities served were generous; with a main course, cheese and dessert you won't feel hungry anymore.Yet I have got to say we were unimpressed by the quality: it was good but nothing outstanding really.Nice choice of drinks, Champagnes and of course lots of Corsican wines. The service provided by the staff was good, from the maître d' to the young and smiling waitress.Expect around A$100 per person, wine not included but their pricing is really reasonable.Dear customer,We very pleased to read that you have fully appreciated our setting as well as the quality of our cuisine and service. We are doing everything we can to promote local products. However, we are surprised by your comment about the budget because even if you choose the highest prices, you cannot exceed $78 per person. we also remind you that we offer a local menu at the price of 33 ⬠per person. We will be delighted to welcome you back and wish you a beautiful holiday in Corsicathe Anziani family
