Located on the high street in the heart of Astwood Bank. The Lounge Gin & Cocktail Bar high quality drinks over ice, made with a whole lotâa love. Est 2017, booking advisable.
This is a great place to come for a relaxing night out, where you can sit comfortably and enjoy a drink or some food with a partner or friends. Sounds like an easy recipe that can be found anywhere but I often find pubs and restaurants donât quite offer what this place does. Itâs the people who run it that makes it greatThereâs a good selection of food and nibbles to order and a large selection of cocktails and gins which are always large measures and fairly priced. A special mention for the Pilsner beer tooWe had loaded nachos, tuna salad, southern fried chicken burger, onion rings and fries. All items were fresh and tasty. Nicky and Jason are very engaging hosts and do a wonderful job of creating a very relaxing place for grown ups to enjoy in the evening! Thank you so much for your amazing review. Itâs all very worth it when our hard work is appreciated. Hope to see you again soon.

Tasty tapas & a fun vibe are what awaits you at Casa Med. A family ran restaurant serving Mediterranean tapas, a super social way of eating, share & enjoy!
We have just come back from our lunch we had at Casa Med tapas bar in Bromsgrove High Street. The bar is placed in centre of Bromsgrove. We have had a voucher of £70 from our daughter at our 32 years anniversary of our marriage. We have been greeted by our hosts at the entrance. The place seemed to be from the first look very friendly and the place stuff contributed fully to this impression. Our reservation brought us at a table of two which worked perfectly for us.We have been served immediately with water and the menus were brought for order the food and drinks.A specificity of the place is that the food is served immediately from the kitchen as soon as it was ready regardless the other food ordered...In this way the food is always warm and you would have short breaks between the dishes. The place is a tapas bar with Mediterranean specific food, so we have enjoyed hummus, halloumi, monkfish, marinated chicken and fried calamari. At starter we had handmade garlic flatbread with olive oil we served with hummus. This was delicious along with the hummus balls..The entire food was seasoned with inspired and assorted spiced sauces. The drinks we had were appropriate for the ordered food as the Pinot Grigio has a specific sweet aroma. What we ordered was enough for the lunch, but we wanted to have the house desert. We choose brownies with chocolate topping which were delicious, but not really Medditeran dessert. I would recommend to the place to try something specific as tiramisu, panacota or even baklava in order to be 100% Mediterranean..You could add at dessert time a digestive drink which is traditional in Medditerean countries...and you could make this free of charge. In general, we were very satisfied with the food in terms of quality and diversity. The bill was decent as well...we still have a voucher remaining for the next time as we haven't spent the entire voucher gift. The toilet was very clean as well. The guests were focused on the food and it looks that the bar is very popular as you are invited to book upfront a table. We are recommending the place for anyone who wants to eat food specific to Mediterranean zones.Hi Danut,Firstly congratulations on your 32 years of marriage and thank you for choosing to celebrate your anniversary with us. It was really lovely to read your review. We are always so grateful when our customers take time to share their experiences with us and it sounds like you had a great time.Thank you for your suggestions on the desserts, I will pass this on to our kitchen team and head chef.We really do hope to see you again,Best wishesCatherine and Team Casa
