Reviews on Mediterranean food in Pissouri, Limassol District, Cyprus. Pissouri is a village located in Limassol’s district, Cyprus (thirty kilometres westwards of Limassol’s centre), between Limassol and Paphos. Pissouri’s administrative area is the third biggest in Limassol District. The main settlement of Pissouri is situated about three kilometres away from the bay named Cape Aspro, and is built on the side of a green hill. The settlement, strangely, is placed in the middle of Pissouri’s territory.

Fish Tavern 50 meters from famous Pissouri beach with spectacular view to the sea. Probably the best fish tavern in Cyprus. Our menu also satisfies Meat Lovers, Vegetarians and children. You are Welcome to enjoy at very reasonable prices.
We tried this restaurant out as we were in the village and wanted to try the bay. Someone recommended it to us, but some reviews were negative, so we were a little apprehensive to be honest. However, the staff were wonderful and the service great, so we would recommend Yialos for a meal as you are also overlooking the sea which is great. I had the lamb chops which were huge and there were 3 of them, so very filling.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to sample the seafood mezze which was huge but in many respects underwhelming. The service was somewhat brusque and the army of slightly feral looking cats hanging around was particularly off putting. The fish varied between perfectly cooked sea bass and grilled prawns and red mullet to frankly inedible octopus, calamari and cuttlefish. Nice salad and dips didn't quite make up for the general disappointment. If seafood is your thing the I'd recommend Malanda bay restaurant in nearby Avdimou beach.

We stumbled on Stala , while looking for bunch of grapes. We returned following day and several other days. Food was excellent , not massive menu but why do you need it , as all that we are was very tasty , and what service from the hosts so happy and jolly people , lamb chops and ribs still resonate with me , can't wait to return next year , first stop Stala .

The restaurant has extended menu with many seefood options. Good choice of fish: seabass, red mulet, sword fish, red snapper, etc. Apart them, good starters, not only from the sea. Interesting wines and professional service. The prices rather high, but the location with the view on the sea and good products compensate it.

O Vrakas is a traditional Cyprus taverna in Pissouri Square with a twist. We are offering Traditional dishes as well as a specially selected variety of International cuisine. We are featuring daily our Daily Specials as well as a different food and wine m
We actually planned to lunch at another restaurant but arrived at 4pm when they were closing so we walked 5 minutes to the town center and found a row of Tavernas. Vrakas was almost full (the others were almost empty). So a quick check with TA and yes, we got a table and were very happy with the food and service. We were given a card for a 10% discount for our next meal, se we did breakfast too and it was great.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the Hideaway. Friendly helpful service in a busy, bustling environment enhanced the really tasty food and wine. All very reasonably priced, we would certainly return if we're in the area again!

We recently revisited the Bunch of Grapes for the first time in many years, and found it, under different ownership, just as good as we remembered. Beautiful setting, helpful and friendly staff and excellent food at a reasonable price. We shall not leave it so long this time before we go back!

Situated almost on the beach, Pissouri Bay Cafe Bar offers you a nice, friendly atmosphere combined with soft funky sounds. If football is your cup of tea, you can enjoy the games on the big tellies with a pint and a light snack. Delicious homemade desser

Hill View Restaurantâs extensive a-la-carte menu offers favorite international as well as local flavors, making sure every dish served is a delicious gastronomic adventure, surpassing guestsâ every expectation.
Made the 45 minute drive from Peyia to Hill View. Booked a balcony table in advance which I advise you do as they get very busy. A varied menu so there should be something for everyone. I had Calamari to start which was cooked well in a light batter. For main I had the Lamb shank pie and my partner pork fillet with a gorgonzola sauce, both delicious and large portions. Accompanying veg was alsovery nice. Pudding was a baked cheesecake for me and assorted ice cream for my partner. Good wine list and all in all an excellent meal at a reasonable price. The chef visited each table at the end of the night, which was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Cyprus.
