This could be a good restaurant if there was better service e.g. the food is tasty but the service and atmosphere are poor. The restaurant is small and essentially open plan, with the food prepared in full view of the customer. After the food had been brought to the various tables on the evening we were there, the entire waiting and kitchen staff all gathered at the serving point for a chat and some snacks. If this place has any management, they need decide if they are running a works canteen or a restaurant.

Went there for lunch with my kids while in Szklarska Poreba and it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. My kids got chicken soup... surprise, surprise... we were asked by the waiter if we want the "green" in the soup!!!... of course not :) ... my son days later asked for the very same soup. I've got a twist on chicken salad. The ingredients were absolutely, perfectly balanced. I was dining in many, many different restaurants across the globe and this salad was the best ever (period). So was my dessert: hot raspberries with ice-cream.... hmmmm... Pity, I was only transiting Szklarska Poreba as I didn't had a chance to try other dishes. However, I'll certainly return there. Apart from the food the whole atmosphere was exceptional. We were greeted at the entrance with Aunt Grazynka, who immediately helped me with kids... and they loved her, even that they never know & met her before. That speaks to me more than words. Later, my kids didn't wanted to leave that place. Certainly a place to revisit.
