The food is delicious and the location/view is outstanding! Staff is smiley, helpful and professional...But business has been grown during the last few years and, especially when fully booked, it takes some time to have your meal on the table. I would suggest to enlarge cuisine and hire more waiters so as the customer service will be adjusted to food quality and view.

Good service, very friendly. We tasted many things as Moussaka, pork souvlaki, Soutzoukakia (meatballs with tomato sauce)... Unfortunately we didn't taste the fish but you can see it and pick it as it's very fresh! We were pleased for each plate though sometimes the quantities are not always enough (same everywhere). But always free dessert and a smile!

Giovita is a fish restaurant located in Perdika, Aegina Island. If offers greek traditional cuisine and variety of fish.
During our trip to Aigina we wanted to stay away from the normal tourist traps. A friend who is a permanent resident suggested we visit Perdika, something like a 10 minute drive from Aigina center. First of all, the drive from Aigina to Perdika itself it great as you are driving and the sea is beside you for the whole 10 minutes (which is awesome). The restaurant is situated probably in the best position, with sea view of the small port of Perdika, no cars passing by, in a very quiet and very friendly environment. We sat down at Giovitas place and she immediately greeted us. She explained every dish we had questions about and made suggestions about what we should order. We ate various fish dishes (big fish as well as small such as smelts, anchovιes, collar fish), octopus, kalamari, 2 different salads (traditional greek salad and one with octopus and various greens), mussels, fresh french fries, fried eggplants, feta cheese covered with pistachio, tzatziki and many more. Everything we ate was fresh, deliciously made and all portions where right in size.We drunk ouzo, raki, beer and sodas.I totally recommend paying a visit, you will not regret it! Will be back soon!!

We stopped for a coffee at first before having a walk around Perdika, the owner was so nice and brought a small dish of raisins in syrup that his wife had made with our coffees, they were so good and he kindly explained how she had done them so that I can do them next year. We decided to go back for lunch and we are so glad we did, the food was really, really good and the owner could not have been more pleasant, as my husband pointed out he was obviously very proud of his wifes cooking too (justifiably so). The whole meal was just brilliant and something we will look back on with fond memories, well worth going to.

We are a family run restaurant since 1936. We are located in the small fishing village of Perdika next to the sea. We serve fresh and local seafood and we use only local products to prepare them. We also organise corporate meals, wedding events, parties e
We decided to visit here after reading the history of the restaurant. It's been open since 1936 and interesting how the restaurant had been passed through the ages to different generations.Started off really well, great table over looking the harbour, very polite service. Starters we ordered the garlic and pistachio spread and the calamari both were excellent.Unfortunately the mistakes by the kitchen / front of house left me feeling a annoyed. We ordered the sea bream and the sword fish asked about sides do we need to order them separately, waiter said he would come back and let us know. The dishes came in reasonable time, but we got two sea bream both with bones still in, when asked about the swordfish he said would take 15 minutes which is silly having one person eating and one not so we asked for the sea bream to be deboned. Then asked about sides, example salad vegetables because they hadn't come back and ask us, they then came back with a portion of fries. By this point I was extremely annoyed to the point it affected my evening with my partner. I left the majority of the sea bream and didn't eat the fries. Appreciate the food is of a high standard and without these easily avoidable mistakes it would no doubt of been 5*. The friendly stray cat who was good company had a good meal though.

Beach restaurant Traditional homemade Greek cuisine, Sea food, fresh fish, cocktails, wine list and special evening menu with gourmet options. All the tables directly on the beach. Christian & Stella will make you feel like at home !!
This beach bar is the best on Marathonas Beach. Christian is a wonderful host and the staff canât do enough for you though itâs still super relaxed. The Aubergine Imam dish is amazing, you canât go wrong with the menu. Well worth cycling 10 minutes/ driving from Aegina town to get here. On our first visit we found ourselves in the middle of a reunion and by the end of the day we could see why so many people seem to come back; it quickly became our favourite spot in Aegina. We are so happy that you enjoyed every moment spent with us.Canât wait to see you again Christian

Delightful seafood "mezedes".Awesome shrimp, awesome octopus, excellent fresh-cut fries, "tirokafteri" that kills, very tasty muscles and all that with an awesome view of Saronikos and Agkistri. We are talking about a very memorable seafood meal! The service was very friendly and the prices were just about right for seafood.

Lovely setting on the dock-side in Perdika, very friendly staff, and food to die for - fantastic fresh-caught fish grilled on the outdoor grill in front of you. We chose a sea bass, watched it be grilled and filleted, and had it served with an olive oil and lemon juice sauce. Simply delicious!

Tortuga, the one and only Artcafé Winebar in the island. For the past three years, Dario makes sure for a unique italian experience in the heart of Aegina town. Only there, you can taste authentic café napoletano, homemade sweets like tiramisu, as well as
The local wine is fine. Most restaurants and bars sell perfectly acceptable wines but this place sells exceptional wines. The owner is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to bamboozle you into buying stuff but explains the good wine distribution in Greece and its islands. We drank a white from Santorini which was excellent. Food/snacks available and super friendly service. Great coffee too.well worth a visit
