We dined at Tino's for the first time this week, and had an outstanding experience! The ambiance, the food, the service - all top notch. I had heard their steaks were pretty good, so I tried their 8oz filet. It was outstanding. We chose to go mid-week to avoid the crowds that probably fill this place on weekends. We will definitely go there again, and will tell our friends about this terrific experience.

This is a hidden gem. Martha's a the place the local know about and the tourists pass by. It is a family run Lebanese-American restaurant. The falafel, the kafta, the stuffed grape leaves are all home made and scrumptious. The staff is welcoming and accomodating. One of us has a severe gluten allergy and the literally scrubbed the grill to cook the chicken for the Greek Salad! Do not be put off by the tininess of the space. If it is nice, eat outside. The food is worth being a put off by the cramped space. It is one of the best kept secrets of the NH seacoast.

Here's a decent lunch place if you don't feel like dealing with the crowds of Market Square, Portsmouth - plenty of parking right out in front. The decor is pretty, fresh, and bright. We had falafel, salad, chicken shawarma, and a kofta plate, all very fresh and tasty. Service was okay, prices reasonable. Drinks were hibiscus iced tea and Iced mint lemonade. I would go back to see how they handle pizza and the like, just out of curiosity. Bought a fresh baked pita to bring home.

ATMOSPHERE: Well, it is a small family run convenience store, but it has amazing Mediterranean cooking by Lola (and sometimes Jimmy)! NOTE: It is all take-out, not really an eat-in location....FOOD: They have all kinds of Lebanese goodies here - and there are not many places like this around here! Kibbee, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Koosa, Stuffed Cabbage, Hummus, Syrian Bread (pita bread), Baklava (very tasty!), etc!BEVERAGES: Lots of them = it is also a convenience store. Soda, water, beer, etc.STAFF: The owners are Lola and Jimmy = nicest folks on the beach! And Lola does most of the cooking, with Jimmy doing some cooking at times, as well. They are all friendly and helpful - they really make you feel like family! And sometimes their son is there helping out as well. Very nice folks!CHECK IT OUT IF YOU LIKE MEDITERRANEAN/LEBANESE FOOD - they are a unique place at Hampton Beach!
