Located between Mount Ebal and Mount Gerizim, it is the capital of the Nablus Governorate and a Palestinian commercial and cultural center, containing the An-Najah National University, one of the largest Palestinian institutions of higher learning, and the Palestinian stock-exchange.

Alf Laila Wa Laila is a restaurant everyone visiting Nablus should experience. The dining area has a beautiful interior with a fantastic ambience - lots of families were there for lunch when we visited. It's an interesting menu with many European and Arabic food choices. The cauliflower in turmeric dish was superb and the fruit cocktails were excellent. The staff were super-attentive - it felt like there was one to every table - and it was great value too. Thoroughly recommended.

Located inside the Macca Mall on the 2nd floor. You might find it first by the smell of Hookah. The menu is available in Arabic and English. There is a wide range of appetizers, sandwich's, main entrees like pesto chicken, & beef fajitas (as well as many others), several pizzas to choose from, lots of coffee, drinks, desserts and a list of shisha (flavored tobacco-hookah) to choose from. There is indoor seating as well as "outdoor" seating which are tables located in the mall hallway. The prices are great. The food was all very tasty and big portions. Enough for us to take home leftovers. Hussein was especially friendly and the waiter understood our English and broken Arabic.Dear Jsimmons,We appreciate your positive feedback about our restaurant.We are always trying to keep up the high standards and improve it for the best. I ate here a few times now and the only bad thing I can say is the service. It's very slow especially considering the number of staff behind the counter. But here are the positives: good food and great portions, open till late evening, many options such as burgers, wraps, curly fries etc. I also like the fact that most workers are women, contributing to a more balances workforce in Nablus Hi Barbara ;Thanks allot for your review, we really appreciate honest feedback and we are working on making the service faster and Food even more tasty.Thanks allot

Very nice place . Relaxing one too . Fair menu food there is nice and they have good quality ingredients. Thr place was made by hand by the owners of the place from scratch . I have breakfast there . Fair prices. You can find books to read that I saw in 4 languaged arabic , English, spanish and french.
