Returning to our favourite holiday destination of SantâIppolito, we simply had to revisit this wonderful restaurant. Itâs just as good as ever, a new set of dishes on offer à la carte, but just as tempting. In addition thereâs a new set menu offering four courses with wine and water for just â¬28. What a bargain! And although thereâs little choice, with every dish as delicious as the next this really isnât a problem. Service is spot-on, lovely atmosphere inside and out in pleasant grounds among the olive trees, and exquisite food that bows to tradition, but goes beyond to give the odd surprise.grazie mille

In Pieno Centro Del Magnifico Borgo Medievale Di Corinaldo
We stopped here based on TA reviews. All we wanted were mixed salads, which was not on the menu but which the owner made for us.....greens, meat, cheese, vegetables....perfect with white wine for a light lunch. It was very tasty and the service was attentive.

Good restaurant with a fantastic view of the Marche area. Make sure to make a reservation during the weekends since a lot of persons were refused. We had pizze. Good quality, not the best ever, but just good. Drinks are also not expensive.

Not the typical restaurant in the region, but somewhat higher level, although the prices remain very acceptable. We ate here twice (as we stayed in the hotel), and both of them were pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, the first evening, there were only few people (there was only one other table, with only one guest), the second evening there were more, but still far from full. Food is really delicious : typical for the region, but as mentioned before, a higher level than may other places. Strange as it may be, but this place is not open in the week-end (at least not when we stayed there)

Wonderful experience! The quality of the food was excellent. Both meat eaters and vegetarians left the table very happy. Finally, the service is stunning, the staff is funny, nice and caring and the castle village of Loretello is simply lovely. Worth of a long trip to visit! Meraviglioso, con quantità abbondantissime e di ottima qualità . Forse il piatto più amato al tavolo è stato il nodino ai tre pepi, ma andate sempre sul sicuro. Consigliatissimo.

We had a lovely evening at Nova Taberna. Sitting outside at a small balcony/terrace overlooking Corinaldo and surroundings and having a nice glass of Prosecco was a perfect start. Menu is not very large, but offers a fair choice also if vegetarian dishes (for antipasti, primi and secondi). Service was a bit chaotic (mixed up food and drink orders), but very friendly. The antipasti were delicious, primi and secondi very good...only the dessert was disappointing (as it is often in Italian restaurants, better to have an ice-cream in a Gelateria afterwards). Overall, a very nice evening at a reasonable price.

Really big restaurant with at least + 100 seats on the terras. Quality of the food is unfortunately not as high as the possible customers...We had the cold antipasta of fish and the ones that ate this were sick the same evening...The pasta portions are extremely big and therefore not tastefull. For us a no go. There are better places in Mondavio on 5 km distance...

We were lucky to get a table on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and loved the place. Quite traditional, full of Italians having sociable multi-course lunches, many greeted personally by the staff; cheerful and friendly. I ordered the crescia with cold meats, cheeses and cooked spinach as a starter, and it was so large that we could hardly finish it between two without making another course (already ordered) an impossibility. All the food was good, and apple cake, nut tart and limoncello came gratis at the end. We forced ourselves....Just the kind of place you hope to find, in a small Italian town in the countryside.

You already list this establishment as a hotel, but I believe that more travelers would be interested in it as a restaurant. La Palomba indeed is an albergo, but it is better known as a restorante and pizzeria.
Mondavio with it's impressive fortress is a lovely side trip if you're touring the Marche region. La Palomba is a hotel restaurant that I found in Fred Plotkin's culinary guide to Italy and it didn't disappoint. First of all, there were only locals in the place--we were the only foreigners. We started with the house mixed anti-pasto which was very impressive and included the rarely seen component of truffled scrambled eggs which were a joy. Though it was lunch, they fire up the pizza only one day a week (thursday) and so we ordered a couple which were absolutely first rate. We ended with an insalata mista which was one of the best we had on our tour of the region. Highly recommended.
