Upon arrival, husband and I, were greeted by a nice lady and seated promptly. We could tell the restaurant was busy so when we didnât meet our server right away, we were sympathetic. Our seater ended up having to take our order after we waited 7 minutes with our menus closed. Finally our server brought us our drinks that we ordered, along with side plates. We waited half an hour for our appies and by that time the place we clearing out. Fifteen minutes later our mains were brought out. Good portions. We had the Greek platter and shared. Rice was different than any other Greek rice Iâve had but food was fine. We were not seen after we got our mains. Once we were done, we waited ten minutes before I finally got up and asked a server for a bill and take out containers. She was able to bring us the bill but then we waited again for the containers- ps this was again not our server helping us. We found our server was attentive to the other tables (male tables) perhaps she thought more in tips? I would have tipped well if service was proper. When your spending $100 on dinner, I expect service to at least be adequate and wait times not to be as long. This was our first time visiting Minos Greek Souvlaki. It was very good, but the restaurant is quite popular, so reservations are definitely recommended. The food is really good there, and there are a lot of different selections to choose from. Although the food is great, it is a bit on the pricey side, so be prepared to spend the coin to enjoy the food! It is worth every penny though with the traditional Greek food! Also, when it is not so busy, you will get the personal touch by the staff by some wonderful chat etc.

Last night I ordered the chicken souvlaki and i was very impressed. The meal was huge (chicken, rice, greek potatoes, Greek salad, pita and tzatsiki) It was very tasty as well. In the interior of BC, good Greek food is hard to find. The price was reasonable when the amount of food is considered.
