Last week I visited this restaurant with my couple and a friend. The original idea was to spend five days trying out different restaurants in the Comarca de la Sidra. Casa Xuacu was the first one we tried and the impression was such that we did not want to eat anywhere else. The pote, the fabada, the cod, the lamb stew, the cheesecake, the rice with milk ... incredible!!The place is rustic and traditional, with products of the orchard and its own farm. The food was delicious and the price incredibly economical.Of course we will repeat and recommend it to all our friends.A hidden gem!

With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, varied selection of ales, and of course typical Asturian ciders. This really is the best bar in Piloña, let alone Infiesto. Be sure to try the menu before you leave, delicious from starter to desert.

Aprovechando el festival del arroz con leche cercano nos pasamos por torazo y decidimos quedarnos a comer. La atención fue rápida y amable y la comida estaba muy rica, tanto las costillas como el criollo y el entrecot.

At the end of the restaurant is a little patio with some sitting filled with beautifully arranged flowers, mostly hydrangeas. Everything seems carefully arranged and what I presume is the owner oversees it all with just the right amount of attention without being overwhelming. The food was great, and she readily accommodated my lactose intolerance while maintaining excellent quality.

The decoration of the restaurant is very inviting, then you see the view and you are already enjoying a treat. The service is impeccable and the food simply amazing. We have lived in Sydney, NY and London and have been to many restaurants in these cities and many others we have travelled to, but had never experience these amazing flavours! We got to meet chef Javi and his team. A man passionate about his job, and it shows. Beware though, Asturian portions a very generous! So even though we were able to have half portions, these were not small sizes! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were part of the treat that was staying at the hotel. I can't recommend it enough!
