This cafe/bar was the only one open on the main street after 8pm so we chanced having a drink there sitting outside under the arcade sheltering from a light drizzle. The wine and beer selection was good and reasonably priced but rather than being brought a small plate of tapas-style bites, as in other places, there was a selection of apperitives on a counter from which you helped yourselves. The only problem was that this was clearly the after dark chill-out space for the younger crowd and so there was a constant stream of people re-fuelling and the atmosphere was pretty raucous. One drink convinced us that we were too middle-aged for this scene so we moved on.Thanks!

Had a four course dinner with my boyfriend here tonight. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good and reasonably prices. The portion sizes are though I bid to the small side, so for a full dinner, I would recommend choosing four courses. The restaurant both offered pre- and post dinner snacks, which was a nice touch. I can fully recommend the restaurant.

pizza eccezionale, servizio cortese e veramente velocissimo anche il sabato o la domenica sera! ambiente elegante, moderno e molto in voga in quel di Fossano
We arrived in a party of seven. people. The waitress could not have been more helpful in assisting us with what wines were best/local -- as well as with what antipasti and main courses were safe for one of our party who was allergic to dairy. The mussels/clams zuppetta, and the salads, and the cheeses/salami platters were great. The risotto with leeks was fantastic. Some of our party enjoyed pizzas while others raved about the lamb chops with grapes. Something for everyone!

It's in the city historical centre. Itâs in a side street ending in the central via Roma, just two minutesâ walk from the cathedral and the castle of Acaia.Itâs always open (on Sundays too) from midday to 3 pm and from 6.30 pm to midnight. They serve all kind of typical Italian food (not only pizzas) even if the owners are from Albania. The interior is clean and elegant. Toilets are clean. The staff is kind. You can pay both in cash or by debit/credit cards. In Summer you can have your meals on the pavement terrace.

As usual we were late trying to find a restaurant still open for lunch when we just happened to spot the outside tables for this place. We were welcomed. We were the only Americans, always a good sign. Enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Prices were moderate. Would definitely stop here again.

I loved the meal I had here. The bar in the Palazzo Righini Hotel has a beautiful courtyard that has views of some nearby old buildings, along with an interesting flowing sculpture and some sundials that measure the time is two different ways. It also has a contemporary indoor area with bar seating and table seating featuring a nice bar area. I started the meal with an Italian "charcuterie" place that was served with these little puffs of fried dough- a savory doughnut. It was dreamy, crunchy on the outside and pillowy soft inside- these went perfectly with the prosciutto, salame and other decadent meats. Then, I ordered the ravioli- hand pinched meat filled little morsels, served with a mushroom sauce. They were delicious, very simple and the portion was not too big. Then I ordered the octopus, which was beautifully presented and served over a zucchiini herb sauce. I was so full at this point, and completely satiated, that I did not have dessert. Although- I could see what others were having and it looked divine. The hotel made my dinner reservations here at 8:00p.m.- which is early in Italy. The place started to fill up as I was finishing. I would recommend eating here if you are in Fossano. It is chic and modern in an old world way, if that makes sense.

As we were guests of hotel Pallazo Righini, it was quite obvious to taste a menu of its restaurant. Overall dining 3 times here, there is nothing to complain. The service was excellent and professional. The chief took into consideration some of my food intolerances and prepared for me some small additional stuff. The meal tasted great. Besides, it was every time perfectly decorated. Bricks structure of inside restaurant made it even more delighted for a stay. very recommended if you are in Fossano independently of chose this hotel or not
