Find out what Mediterranean restaurants to try in Fleetwood. Fleetwood is a town and civil parish within the Wyre district of Lancashire, England, lying at the northwest corner of the Fylde. It had a population of 25,939 people at the 2011 census. The site of the town has been continuously inhabited since the Middle Ages. Fleetwood acquired its modern character in the 1830s, when the principal landowner Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood, High Sheriff and MP, conceived an ambitious plan to re-develop the town to make it a busy seaport and railway spur. He commissioned the distinguished Victorian architect Decimus Burton to design a number of substantial civic buildings, including two lighthouses. Hesketh-Fleetwood's transport terminus schemes failed to materialise. The town expanded greatly in the first half of the 20th century with the growth of the UK fishing industry, and passenger ferries to the Isle of Man to become a deep-sea fishing port.

Having just been with friends to the âMotown & Barry Whiteâ night. I can thoroughly recommend La Mezzaluna for Christmas party nights. Service excellent, food good, drinks a bit pricey, but it does include the entertainment so acceptable. I do recommend giving it a party night try.

Italian and Mediterranean Restaurant. Booking is always advisable. Special board change weekly , fresh fish and fillet steaks our specialty. Cash Only
Just had the best evening since coming to blackpool with my partner Anna. The restaurant is very small so best booking. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Our waiter harry was fantastic very friendly and informative and explained the menu and the specials board recommending certain dishes to us and the owner Leo was very friendly/funny and chatted to all his customers. We got chatting to a local family on the next table and this made our evening even better. Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. Large portions great tasting food and very competitively priced. Thanx so much for a lovely memorable night see you again soon.Gary and Anna (liverpool)

Sardinian restaurant seating 65 people. Serving fresh fish, pasta, pizza, steak, chicken. New specials every day!
Having moved to the area this week, we thought we would call the following evening to save cooking. There weren't many in mid-week when we called, but we enjoyed our meals nevertheless. Being old-hands, if you like, and knowing this restaurant inside out as we have been giving them our business since 2006, we booked for Saturday night. The food has always been very tasty and of generous portions and a very wide choice as well as a good specials board and a good selection of wines too. It was busy last night and sometimes there is a wait to be served, but we don't mind: in fact we welcome it. Staff have always been accommodating and willing. You won't get anybody better than the owner's daughter who kept this restaurant running (along with the others) when Max was doing everything single-handed for a while: a real credit to this eaterie in more ways than one.

My wife and I had a most enjoyable evening at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Poulton-le-Fylde. We chose off the Tapas menu, our dishes included mushrooms in a cream sauce, chicken livers, salt & chilli chicken bites, steak tacoâs and patatas bravas. All the food was delicious and plentiful for the two of us to share. On a Thursday evening if you buy 5 Tapas or more you get a 50% reduction on your food bill, which is fantastic value. Service was really good and the staff are lovely. It is important to book otherwise you may just be disappointed! Breakfast Footnote: I have also had breakfast here on two previous occasions and that was also really good.

Wow! Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic price! Thought we'd try somewhere new and what a great find. Personal service from excellent waiters providing helpful suggestions and added highly to the evening. Food is fantastic and can't fault any dish. I was incredibly surprised to see the price at the end as well. Highly recommend, a must visit and we will definitely be returning.

We have been here for lunch a few times but just experienced our first dinner. This place is wonderful. The menu was exciting and not over facing, the atmosphere was friendly and intimate. The staff couldn't do enough for you.We had a set Tapas plus some other bits for the kids and the manner the timing of the food hitting the table and the quality of what was received was spot on. We couldn't fault it.The cost of the meal was on par with what we spend in other places but the quality and quantity of what we got made it feel great value for money. We will certainly be back in the near future.

Being a person who doesnât eat cheese or pasta I was talked into visiting for a meal. Iâm glad I did. I found many things on the menu that I could happily eat and choose a rib eyed steak which was cooked to perfection. My family also loved their choices and the garlic bread for starter was fresh and very tasty. Service was top class and friendly. Will certainly visit again.
