After reading so many good reviews, me and my husband finally managed to get a reservation to this restaurant. We had very high expectations but we left a bit disappointed by the food and the service. We personally had better food in other restaurants in Finalborgo.

lovely ambiance - table settings nice... we tried an appetizer of crispy cod, this was excellent...first course we tried a ravioli - second course was a tagliatelle vitello - all dishes were excellent on taste and lovely presentation...splitting the dishes all through was the way to go, large portions....the desserts were over the top... a millefoglie tart which had berries, and cream was outstanding....limone sorbetto was amazing ....complimentary lemoncello... with the courses we had an excellent prosecco which was complimentary upon arrival, and we stuck with glasses through the meal it was that clean and crisp... overall not expensive for the servings, but well worth a splurge...one of the few really worthy restaurants in this area... Only improvement would be to add candles to the tables, and dim the lights slightly....would be amazing candlelit. Lovely dining room ambiance.

The "Osteria La Briga" offers traditional Italian dishes signed by Jacopo Lovisolo
What could be better than eat al fresco, in one of the best area in Liguria? Great food al fresco in Liguria. I first came to this osteria 35 years ago. Very little changed since then. Great food and amazing ambiance.Donât miss the mix appetizer and the mix meat grill. And you can finish with simple but homemade delicious desserts.A regal treat.

One of the best front of the sea restaurant in Varigotti, Liguria. Opening season from May to September. From breakfast to a special dinner on the beach.
We stayed for three days in a hotel nearby and appreciated this fabuloues restaurant with local ingredients and fish from the close sea. Moderately priced menu with great dishes made us come back all days for their great food and friendly service.

Il Cucco is situated in San Bartolome, 4 km away from Final Marina. The view from there is amazing. The restaurant is very busy, mostly Italian guests, make a reservation well ahead, especially if you go there on weekends. All food was great, they serve a wide variety of fish-/meat-dishes and great desserts. Staff was very friendly and funny, even they had a lot of work the evening we were there. At least one or two waiters speak English quite good and they help you with the Italian menu. Donât miss this place.

There are three superficial reviews listed here previously, which tell you almost nothing. This small hotel restaurant has been around for a long time in this quintessential Ligurian seaside village. We have been fortunate to dine here four or five times in the last two decades. The small dining room establishment strives for and achieves great things. The menu may be a little narrow, but everything coming out of the kitchen is beautiful, well balanced and delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation justify somewhat elevated prices. For many years Michelin had awarded the restaurant a star. Michelin, in Italy, is even more inscrutable and erratic than in France. Now listed, without a star, the restaurant is still a very reliable and enjoyable destination. The spaghetti, with shell fish and grilled peppers we had today for lunch was sublime. San Pietro with zucchini very respectable, but with just a tad too much salt. The dessert cart was full of lovely temptations. The wine list, concentrates on white wine and champagne, consistent with the strong seafood direction of the menu. Service was gracious and low key. Sitting on the veranda, with an unobstructed view of the sea, and a fine meal unfolding, represents what fine dining is about. Bravo. We will be back.

If you are hungry, but very hungry this is tour place. On the hills overlooking Finale Ligure this very symple and basic restaurant. Gives, if full, some little troubles to parking; inside a friendly staff waits to offer more mountain then seaside food; directly from next door Appennini mountains. Ravioli, bear, grilled food are dominating in their cusine, if u do not exect "chef-dishes" u'll not be disappointied, and prices are low.
