Don't be put off as the frontage of this restaurant looks a little dated, but the food and service are truly excellent! Sea Bass was perfectly cooked and served with tempura courgette and side of green beans, Lasagne was lovely and reminded me of how it tasted in Italy, not to be confused with your high street versions :). How else to end but Tiramisu, ice chilled Limoncello all accompanied by two very nice bottles of Orvieto and a bill under £150! Not bad for 4 of us. Will be returning for sure.

This place is awesome, the food is consistently beautiful and the service is always very friendly. It is very well priced and has a great selection of Lebanese wines. Without doubt one of the best places to eat in Abingdon. If you havenât already go and check it out!!

Family run freshly cooked Italian meals with relaxing surroundings.
As other reviewers have noted, the food at this restaurant feels authentically Italian. Friendly service and excellent focaccia.

Very impressed with Le Clos. Lovely fresh tarte flambé, mixed salads and great wines. Friendly service and we were completely amazed that our dog was also welcome. Perfect, light, unfussy and delicious lunch venue. Shame weâre only passing through Wallingford on a narrow boat but will remember for next time.

Very very dismissive, rude staff..lacking in simple customer service skills. New to didcot and was highly recommended the cafe. I can see alot of regulars go there, maybe you need to be well known to be welcomed into the cafe. We ordered three lunches, big breakfast, tuna panini (with filling only in one part) and a lamb wrap, did not get offered any sauces.. and were made to feel very uncomfortable by the tall waiter who stood staring at us for half the lunch.

It was amazing! Great selection, above all the meze were so tasty! We took a mix of 4 of our choice and all were delicious. Falafel and lamb amazing too. Prices are incredibly good value for money, actually quite low given the amazing quality.I wish we had this restaurant where we live!I cannot recommend this place enough, food is delicious and staff is polite and impeccable.
