Reviews on Mediterranean food in Curacao, Caribbean. Serious divers have long flocked to Curacao. Whether you’re looking for a challenging wall dive or a shallow snorkeling spot, you’ll find it here. Beaches, of course, are another big draw. With sugar-fine sand and calm waters, they’re perfect for kids. And make sure to explore Willemstad, Curacao’s capital city. Its charming pastel buildings and equally colorful history earned it recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage City.

Authentic Italian restaurant by the sea. Delicious Italian and favorites fused with a local touch. The most amazing view on Curacao included.
We stayed nearby this restaurant and tried it before we left. The pizza was decent but nothing outstanding. The seafood pasta was really good and flavorful. Unfortunately all of the outer tables were reserved and we sat in the inner portion of the restaurant so the view to the beach was obstructed. No big deal but I would suggest that you reserve a table if you want a nice view while you eat. The service was really friendly and fast! Very kid friendly as well. You get a lot of good value from this restaurant. Beware that the pizza is HUGE! I was only able to eat about 30% in one sitting and we ate the rest for lunch and dinner the next day. Would definitely try this place if youâre hungry and looking for good Italian food at a reasonable price.

The Nautilus is located in the Renaissance Hotel. Ate there several times staying at the hotel. Food was very good as was the service. One of their featured dishes is Pincho, which is skewers of different varieties. The mixed include ribs, chicken, beef and chorizo with corn on the cob and a variety of sauces. Large amount of food, tasty, but the beef was very ordinary. Another night tried the mixed seafood casserole which was excellent.

We ate here on a Thursday, so we experienced a Salsa evening. The restaurant, which has a lovely decoration, was packed, but service still was quick and friendly. The food and the cocktail were really good. After a while the band started playing lovely Salsa music and people started dancing, first a few, then more and more. We even danced a little ourselves after dinner. The dance floor had a very open atmosphere and was open to people of all levels.Earlier that day we also had lunch here, which I can also recommend very much.

Nice restaurant with a menu focused on small plates. Food presentation was nice but wait staff was a little pretentious. My husband and I shared 3 plates and found that to be sufficient. The pardon peppers were especially good as was the piranha. This is a covered but open air restaurant with free parking available on the street.
