Meet the Business Owner: Miguel- Manuel - Established in 2013 Madeira, a beautiful Portuguese island and inspiration for the atmosphere of the newly opened Bistro 12 in Tarrytown. Life-long friends who have, at long last, created their dream restaurant. J
Had a wonderful dinner at Bistro 12. Small, intimate dining space with great seafood and meat dishes. Our table ordered the sardine appetizer and lobster bisque - both delicious and generous portions. For our main courses, we ordered the seafood risotto, seafood cappellini, veal chop and halibut with lemon beurre blanc. All were ample portions and well-prepared. The halibut was fabulous and the grilled veal chop was very tender and cooked to perfection! What a special place! Hope to return again!
With a passion for food, we at Dill recognized that there was a gap in what we eat. We wanted to bring the wonderful fresh tastes of the Mediterranean to people, fast. We decided to lay our foundation built on the fast casual model and created our own: Hi
Friendly staff and jazzy food with all manner of condiments are some of the highlights here. I had the Dillicious pita wrap, my girlfriend enjoyed her vegetarian dish, and the guys gave us awesome samples of this spiced, fried bowtie pasta snack and babaganoush. Cool stop

Once in a while I pick up a Greek salad to go and bring it to work or home to share with my husband. It is generously sized and very fresh. There really is no decor inside Opa so I consider it more of a takeout place, however there are some seats inside, okay for super casual dining. The young woman who waited on me was super sweet. Plenty of parking.

Early bird special was a pleasant surprise. Appetizer, salad and main course were fine. Chicken lemon francaise was so tender it cut with a fork. The paella was just as tasty. The bread was great also. The guava mango cheesecake was extra special. Service could not be better. The waiter was friendly, explained all dishes that we had questions about. Sazone is a nice restaurant of Latin fusion and worth the visit.

This is a neighborhood gem on Broadway in Nyack (a very interesting little town, by the way). The food is universally wonderful. Ingredients and cooking are truly excellent for a moderately priced establishment. The general manager, Mike, is usually around and is very friendly and helpful. Check this place out.

Art Cafe's cuisine is inspired by the many coffee shops that you might find in the streets of Tel Aviv and Europe, with a mix of traditional Israeli recipes and some new creative flavors. Not only do we have a passion for great taste but we also focus on
We were looking for a lunch spot while traveling. Of course, I turned to Trip Advisor. This spot is just off the highway a bit; nice little drive through the scenic village of Nyack, NY.Parking is on the street so my be a bit of a challenge but we found a spot just a block away in the downtown area. Lots of cute shops to pass.It is metered parking. The cafe is small but they expand their area with outdoor seating under umbrelled tables.Enter to a host table and wait to be seated. Seating is at tables or we sat at a bench with cushions. They offer a lot of Middle Eastern themed dishes prepared for western taste. They offer a variety of interesting beverages including some alcoholic ones. I had pressed coffee (decaffeinated) and my table mate had yerba mate that was served in a pot. My pressed coffee was a good sized pot that got me several cups.We ordered the mezza plate so we could try a number of idshes. They offer appetizers, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items and a kids menu selection.I will say to be sure to not get seated next to the bathrooms. They had two talbes right at the bathroom door and I felt sorry for the people sitting there. I wouldn't have enjoyed all the extra traffic. They had a pastry counter and we serving a lot of to-go orders. We loved the food and our service was good. Prices were reasonable for the area.

Blue Fig has really good food. Salads Are especially good. Portions are large. My only issue is that in cold weather every time the door opens the cold air gets in. Yes, they have a curtain across the front that helps a little but itâs still chilly. I much prefer the outdoor patio or even inside when itâs warmer outside. Iâll wait or at least try for a table in the back.
