Central Falls is a city in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 19,376 at the 2010 census. With an area of only 1.29 square miles (3.3 km), it is the smallest and most densely populated city in the smallest state, and the 27th most densely populated incorporated place in the United States. It is also one of only four incorporated places in New England that have a higher population density than the city of Boston (ranking fourth, behind the Massachusetts cities of Somerville, Chelsea and Cambridge, all inner suburbs of Boston). The city takes its name from a waterfall on the Blackstone River.

Spent the day in Providence and checked out several restaurants downtown that were promising but were either overpriced or couldnât seat us. Out of town we search TripAdvisor and found this wonderful restaurant that had fantastic reviews and we were so glad that we stopped! Upon the attentive server, Caraâs, recommendation I ordered the baked Scrod with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley. It was wonderful, ample portions, and the Greek salad on the side was terrific. My husband had steak tips which were perfectly done. Wish we had room for desert. If we lived closer we would certainly be back.Thank you very much for your kind words! We truly appreciate them. We are so glad you had a great time during your visit and we truly hope to see you again very soon! I tried this place twice and it was just OK. Limited Portuguese menu with higher prices than the neighborhood warrants. Owner could learn some manners.
