Premises are reasonably nice, service is good, the menu instead was disappointing. We are at homeland of good cooking, the y have got all best raw materials, and menu features the usual dishes that you can even find in Ulan-Bator, Mongolia ( with all my respect to Ulan Bator). A minimum of courage daring to offer the Clientèle something really true to Reggio Emilia! To let foreigner understand the reasons of my disappointment: at the snack bar of the Trade Fair Reggio Emilia , and I repeat, it is the most standard snack bar you can find, no gourmet restaurant. Yet, there I could taste crescentine alle erbette, the simplest and most typical family cooking specialty of this rich food area. And the restaurant didn't feature anything barely out of the most squallid beaten path.I admit, the dished I ordered were well cooked and tasty, and the price was not that high, yet...
Ambiente accogliente, pulizia ottima, cibo buono e presentazione accurata. Pausa pranzo di qualità al giusto prezzo con in più la comodità di un ampio parcheggio. Da provare anche i dolci!

I have no idea how this restaurant has such a high rating. The food ranged between poor and unexceptional and the dining room is a soulless white box upstairs in a commercial building. On a positive note, the staff were friendly. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. There are so many places in the area where you'll have better food and a nicer atmosphere.

Semplice ma con una proposta di antipasti non banale. Si può scegliere il menù alla carta o uno dei due menù formati. Scegliamo il secondo con la variante pietanza oltre ai 5 antipastini. Tutto molto buono e sfizioso. La pietanza prevedeva la grigliata di pesce, buona.

Went to eat at this place twice with an Italian Business partner and I love it both times. The ambiance is great and the service is great and the food is really really delizioso. I will definitely eat here again when I go back to Italia. Grazie La Barrique for a great dine in experience. :)

Above the line quality restaurant with a good choose of seafood dishes.Prices are more expensive than other similar location but the new furnitures make a welcoming atmosphere so it worth.Unlucky it is located in a small village with nothing to do in the nearby.They don't serve ginseng coffee.

Ho pranzato con dei colleghi in questo posto durante una trasferta di lavoro a Reggio Emilia. Il locale è molto carino, luminoso, con un bel giardino e l'arredamento curato, moderno, particolare, ma comunque familiare ed informale. Il personale è abbastanza gentile e molto preparato, il servizio curato e veloce. Io ho preso un filetto con i porcini molto buono, con carne ben cotta e morbidissima. Poi delle verdure grigliate di contorno. E per finire un ottimo zuccottino di zuppa inglese, davvero grazioso e appetitoso. Mi segnerò questo posto per la prossima trasferta. Grazie di cuore.

The staff here took care of our party of nearly 20 very well. A great special menu started with an appetizer tray of cooked seafood. The octopus tentacle was fantastic! We also had a course of salt cooked sea bass that was moist and tasteful. The dessert of puff pastry with banana cream filling was so good that I will be searching for a suitable recipe for back home.
