We would like to offer you a slice of true Southern Italian cooking, right here in San Carlos. You will find Delizie to be a chic, yet casual restaurant offering both the rustic and sophisticated fare of Calabria, where the sea and the mountains meet. Ple
This restaurant is delightful because of the loving investment of both the owner and his sister. Their food is original and top quality. In the upscale Peninsula area the "down home" experience of this restaurant is refreshing. Very pleased with the food and service and heartily recommend it.

First visit to popular restaurant, which takes reservations. Parking nearby. Very good Italian food (we had eggplant parmigiana, gnocchi, paella, and a chicken pasta dish), a bit salty, with good portions. Can be noisy in long narrow restaurant adjacent to drinking area. Would certainly return.

Full scale lunch menu, including lighter faire like salads and pizzas. i had the mussels and my lunch partner had salad. Both were very good. Although the mussels were slightly overcooked, the sauce was excellent. I recommend this restaurant and bet that it would be good for dinner too.

I Visited my parents for the holidays and to our surprise Iberiaâs new location is just 1 mile away. The restaurant has a cozy yet plush ambiance with a beautiful bar area. The owner/executive chef was kind enough to make accommodations for the 4 of us on a busy Saturday. The menu is extensive. The service was friendly and attentive m. The hits were the bread basket, worth the $5.00. The sardine, gambas (shrimp), trotter & tripe, canelon, egg spinach tapas, and almond orange cake were delicious. The disappoints were unfortunately what we all wanted. We ordered two servings of the grilled octopus. The portion size was amazing, however the octopus was cold, extremely dry and tough. Nearly inedible. Not what we expected from such a restaurant. They graciously apologized and took it off the bill. All being said, we had an enjoyable Christmas dinner. I would recommend during the winter months allowing patrons with a 5:30 reservation to wait at the beautiful bar for their table, rather than standing outside in the elements.

We went for dinner on a Saturday evening and surprisingly could get a table with ease. The service was fast and the food was great. The chicken kebab and lamb kebab platter was great and so were the accompaniment. They have amazing vegetarian platters too and my dear wife vouched for it. And yes the next day my tummy didnât complain at all, which means that another visit to this lovely place is due.
