A nice place to have a quiet dinner. The linguine with scorpionfish was delicious. Service was good and staff very friendly.

LâAntica MonastarioHas nice location by the Monastery. Dining room is very nice. We had ravioli, the mixed grill of meat, water and ¼ litre of wine for 30E. This included a 3E cover charge. Our third time here, but each time it seems to be not as good as the previous times.

Halfway through the journey of this life I found myself among ancient villages where catering and politeness was something very divine and welcome... A nineteenth century restructured which is named after the great poet Dante Aligheri, a charming place to
From the moment we arrived until we left, we received the most wonderful personal service. We found the food as beautiful to look at as it was to taste. For the service you get and the quality of dishes served it is definitely worth every penny.

What a find! We discovered this place by chance when strolling the tiny little town of Taviano and were blown away! Very authentic, easy going and very heartful service and a food to die for. They just have a few items on the menu and two to three items of the day written on a chalk board - everything was soooo delicious. Make sure to call before to make sure you get a table as especially on the weekends it can be crowded. A lot of locals go there, which is always a good sign. One of our favourite places while in Puglia!

We visited L'Acchiatura on 4 occasions during our holiday as we absolutely loved it. The restaurant is beautiful, the food typical of Salento and the staff were fantastic. Joseph (Giuseppe) looked after us wonderfully and his English is absolutely fantastic. Perfect for couples, families and groups!

My partner and I have had a great meal at this restaurant. The staff is courteous, the food delicious (shout out for the fancy presentation), but above all else, what won me was the inner garden. Yes, you dine in a orange tree garden. The place is magical to say the least. La Corte degli Aranci should be a must if you are visiting Gallipoli or the Salento area.

We arrived in Racale mid day, before the season and were surprised to find most places closed. Fortunately we found the great restaurant with delicious food, plenty of vegetables. Great service and great food.

Terrazza sul mare cristallino del SALENTO. Cucina mediterranea con proposte sia di pesce che di carne!
Lovely homemade pasta dish with fresh shellfish, it was the only choice, one dish for all as it was not yet high season.Homemade olives and his own wine.We don't speak Italian, and he didn't speak much English, but we were served and understood very well, and the food was delicious.
