Find out what Mediterranean restaurants to try in Alhama de Granada. Alhama de Granada is a town in the province of Granada, approx. 50 km from the city of Granada. The name is derived from the thermal baths located there, which are called الـحَـمّـة al-hammah in Arabic.

... by the main road between Alhama and Ventas de Zafarraya, with a typical Spanish menu too, lots of space and a covered terrace outside at the front too. Popular, reasonably quick and friendly service and good food. Great too for a meal or drink after walking around Robledal or the ascent of Maroma from there. Well worth visiting.

This is a very good local bar. The outside terrace is good, inside the lighting is bright (but forgivable). The service, quality of the drinks and food is quite possibly the best in town. Check out the deep fried octopus (rejos) ... my absolute favourite tapas here.

Mesón de Diego reopens its doors with new concept and new direction. It emphasizes its new decoration and new kitchen in which it will be based on the homemade meals typical of the place with a touch of sophistication that will give the diners a combinati
Had tapas here including paid ones. They were mediocre which we didn't finish. The place was busy with locals and tourists and came recommended so we're expecting more. Also on the night we were there only this place and Bar Tigre were opened in the main square so there wasn't much of a choice. Should have gone to Bar Tigre...Thank you for your visit to our restaurant. We regret that our free tapas seemed mediocre and that every day we strive to give free tapas of the highest quality. We do not have a lot of variety to choose from so your next time you can choose the cover that you like ..regards

Just had a lovely lunch here. House salad with a half portion of small crepes filled with spinach and chicken - delicious. Great, fast, friendly service on a terrace in a sun filled square.

We have eaten here many times. This is one of those special places where you spend family occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. The ambiance, service and food are excellent. The family is lovely and always welcoming. There is a small hotel and a small restaurant... there is also a fabulous terrace with great views. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the local spanish food and wine .Great hospitality and atmosphere , very busy with friendly locals . It was quite a cold evening in March but a kind lady brought a tray of hot coals (brasseros) for under the table to warm us up .Enjoyed our visit and definitely recommend .

I was transported back in time to classic Spain, just as it was - traditional and very special. The restaurant was a warm, friendly and fascinating place that would captivate any person who visited. The food, my goodness - every single thing we ordered was unbelievably delicious, we could not stop eating! World-class quality and cooked with love and passion. If you visit this beautiful little village, you’d be a fool not to go here. Thank you to the owner and his wife who looked after us and treated us with true kindness. TRY THE STUFFED PEPPERS!!! Incredible!!
