The town is located on the island of Borneo. The town covers an area of 129.5 square kilometres (50.0 sq mi). It is located at the confluence of the Rajang and Igan Rivers, some 60 kilometres from the South China Sea and approximately 191.5 kilometres (119 mi) north-east of the state capital Kuching. Sibu is mainly populated by the Chinese especially the Fuzhou Chinese ethnicity. Other local ethnic indigenous groups such Melanau, Malay, and Iban are also present, but unlike other regions of Sarawak, they are not as significant. Another chill hangout place with aircorn and not bad view. I am not sure about the food, the cake is average. I had coffee with special bean but it is not impressive. The environment and atmosphere are quite good

The RM3.50 mushroom soup is great. Had the mix grill, not too sure why is deep fried pork chop doing there, potion size is big so it'll be great to share food. Busy at 7.30 onwards

I knew about this restaurant when walked along the Rajang Park along the Rajang river.I browse through their menu before and it seems not cheap compare with the current Sibu standard, more toward hotel price. The environment is cosy and great for gathering. You can make early reservation for your lunch or dinner or event have the party at the restaurant. Interior design is great, no doubt.How about the food? I am not satisfy with it. I had Chao Cai Tapah Fish Soup which had very little fish and the fish was super fishy!! The Lady Finger with XO Sauce(but oily) & Salted Egg Crispy Fish were good. The pineapple rice was disappointing, not really taste the pineapple. Must try their Nasi Lalapan ayam madu and nasi Lalapan empel (beef). plus air wheatgrass susu. Love the taste and the environment. Their staff are friendly and they served foods at sufficient time.Got wifi nearby but very slow. Overall.. ok! Verified

Service was okay. Menu was limited, mostly Malaysian. The English selection didn't seem enticing enough to try. Ordered fish with honey and garlic - which after a while became batter with honey and garlic. Then a chicken set meal, which sounded okay but when it arrived it was rice, some chicken in a sauce of some sort, battered fried ??cucumbers or cougettes, something else in a sauce and some things that looked like small prawn crackers. Needless to say I didn't eat any as I was expecting something that looked like chicken rice ....... but if you liked traditional Malaysian food I'm sure it would taste delicious. But it wasn't for me.

First impression is the lovely atmosphere, being told some of the local will use their cafe as couples' wedding photo taking session. Can see the passion and effort being put by the owner into that cafe. Good service. Those foods being serve are mixture between Asian and Western. Bare in mind portion being served are meant for sharing.

I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant because of the great write-up it got in my guide book.What a disappointment!!I arrived to dine at 5.50 pm-the restaurant opens at 6 pm.Staff were prompt and I placed my order.The mushroom soup arrived promptly but it was watery and only lukewarm...I looked forward to a better main course....But it was not to be.Meanwhile a table of 5 or 6 people arrived and they placed their order....Time passed and then I noticed that all of them were served-eventhough I had arrived before them.I made two attempts to find out WHEN my food would be ready.At 6.40 pm I was told that my food was being prepared" just now"...I had been in the restaurant for almost an hour at this stage and all I had received was mushroom soup and a coke...I paid for those and left...A very disappointing experience.
