Looks great from the outside, has the best position on the river bank, but food and service are the complete opposite. Better to try your luck elsewhere, we will certainly not come back.

The quality of the food and their service was just horrible. Just looting visitors here with the worst quality food one could offer. The staffs are pretty rude as well. Don't bother eating here if you're looking for a decent meal

Went there for breakfast as it said it had Roti Canai (it didn't). Ordered a honey pancake and a coffee with milk. I was aware the service is slow everywhere in Taman Negara so wasn't expecting much. However my coffee took half an hour to arrive (without milk when I asked for it with). I waited 50 minutes for my food but then just had to leave as I had a bus to catch. She didn't make me pay for it at least! But yeah, don't go there if you have anywhere to be!

1. The cook is also the cashier. So whenever she goes to collect payment from customer, no one is cooking the food. You can imagine the speed of the food coming to our table.2. There is only one cook and the cook will cook your food one by one- resulting in people waiting endlessly- not that the food will turn out amazing. After 45 minutes of waiting, it tastes horrible.3. We waited for more than 45 minutes, only then the male helper says no more beef and vegetable (2 persons ordered this), and asks us to re-choose our meals. Which restaurant does that to their customer after 45 minutes of waiting??4. Resulting end is the restaurant only see a few souls often, and everyone else goes to Mawar- just purely Mawar's meals are cooked similar to local standard and flavor. If I can ask for a refund of my money and my time, I would do so. I would only hope my experience at this restaurant will be a good hint for you not to go to this restaurant.
