As suggested by the title of my review, I personally believe that Gusto is one probably the two restaurants in Chandigarh to have a very deliberately thought out and unique menu. The pros and cons are:Pros:1. Great food. The food combinations are new and unique to the restaurant.2. The renovation has really improved the decor.3. The owner/chef is almost always present and is extremely courteous.Cons:1. Place is a little small, so conversations can be a little noisy when full.2. Would like to see something new added to the menu, or seasonal dish.
