This restaurant has true Columbian cuisine with an excellent menu and great prices. Was there with friends this evening. I had the breaded pork loin (it hung over my plate 3 inches on each end...huge and delicious), white rice perfectly cooked, cup of beans was wonderful, fried plantains were very good and I loved my side of chorizo sausage. The service was excellent. The restaurant is not fancy..in fact, you feel like you are dining in a local restaurant in Columbia. I am looking forward to coming back. My friends enjoyed their dinners too. So glad to find Columbia La Bella!

Itâs very difficult to put a label on Rookies without sounding pretentious. Rookies offers street food, roasted corn-on-the-cob or a fantastic array of tacos, along with the traditional burritos, fajitas, etc. But what Rookies doesnât have are high prices. They offer free chips with two types of sauces and all places also have about three different sauces but what we enjoy is the best queso dip, in the area. Good eating, whatever that translates to in Spanish.

I was visiting a good friend who lives nearby and she recommended we go here for lunch after our Epcot Wine and Dine 10K and our 1/2 mile Lucky's Lake Swim because we were HUNGRY! My friend, Denise frequents this restaurant a lot and is friends with the owners. The owners, a husband wife and daughter team (maybe a son too but he was not there) were very personable and friendly and helped me pick my lunch. I ordered a water, coffee, and the chicken with yellow rice and black beans. The chicken was so flavorful and the rice and beans delicious. I would go back to this restaurant in a heart beat. From the outside, it might not seem like such an awesome place, but don't let looks deceive you- it is amazing and the menu was extensive! The prices were also super- if I remember correctly, pretty much everything was $7.00 and under. WOW, yes!Great place owned by a great family-please check this place out you won't be disappointed! I wish I had a picture of my food to share!
First of all, my last review said that the food was greasy, darn spellcheck. Somehow greasy came out of fresh. Saturday evenings give the opportunity for excellent tapas to go with your beer or wine. Mini canoes, shrimp with tostones, carne fritas with UNBELIEVABLE yucca fries, empanadas with ground beef or chicken are what we usually order. There are more items to chose from all between $1.75 and $6. Enjoy

A friend from South Florida recommended this restaurant to us. We've been to several Cuban restaurants in the area, and had not been terribly impressed. But wow. This was so good, and so cheap. The key to any sandwich is the bread, right? this bread is fantastic, crunchy but not too tough on the outside, tender on the inside so that it presses down nicely. The Cuban delivers, but the Brenda is just incredible. I asked the staff what sandwich they recommend, and the Brenda was the pick. The soups are terrific too. The lentil and chorizo is flavorful and filling, but the caldo gallego is even better. The papa rellena, empanadas, and plantains were great as well.
