Not only a restaurant! a different warm space in Uyuni: music, history, culture, environment. For those who want new tastes, we have products made with local supplies, like organic quinoa (made by ourselfs one hour from Uyuni), llama, lampaya, pupusa, and
So lovely!! Very nice people owning the place, great place to chill and play some cards, also great variety of gluten free and vegetarian options besides well prepared looking meat dishes. Affordable and super yummy compared to other places in Uyuni. Thank you for serving us!! We really enjoyed and wouldâve loved to try the desserts for example. (PS: the bus we had to catch had 45 min delay haha ;) no need to rush :)) All the best!

We were staying at the hotel next door and decided to have dinner here, easy and because the positive reviews. Environment was warm, design modern, enough attentive staff which also speaks English. We had the llama and pork. Both dishes would be excellent IF served on a hot plate. By the time we had finished 1/3 of our food most of it was cold. I know that it is something minor, we have now been cycling for 3 months and this was one of the more fancy places we visited. But the higher the expectation the more you look at details. We suggested the improvement to the staff.

We popped into Sal Negra for a quick dinner one night. Service was quick and food was good, but it is a little pricey for what you get. Although since Uyuni is pretty remote higher prices are to be expected!
Restaurant nice and warm inside but unfortunately crema de championes 13 Bs was a piece of water. The worst soup~crema I've ever eaten. I know that in Bolivia you May oder really good crema ~ one Day before in Potosi near catedral even cheaper was delicious. Dont reccomend
