went to this wonderful restaurant the last night of our stay in Jujuy and much preferred it to viracocha..this should be no.1! Christian our waiter was totally fantastic, and such good fun. (Despite us not speaking Spanish and him not speaking English!) the tamale was the best we have ever tried and the trout was delicious. The meal was great value and so was the wine. The aubergine dip and spicy tomato sauce was to die for too! We kept asking for more and more. Couldn't recommend this place more, lovely staff, delicious food and great ambience!

We specialize in Arabic food! Authentic recipes. Our service is noted for providing the best service and the best care, we have the best products, we specialize in Arabic dishes.
There's an old joke about a dog who plays chess. Unfortunately, I don't remember the joke! But I do remember the POINT of the joke, and the point is this: when you see a dog playing chess, it's not terribly surprising that the dog isn't very good at it. What's surprising is that the dog plays at all. That reminds me a bit of this restaurant. Does this restaurant offer the BEST Middle Eastern food in the world? No. And that's not very surprising. What IS surprising is that in the small, northern Argentinian city of Jujuy one can find any decent Middle Eastern food at all!Jujuy is never going to win any awards for the breadth or sophistication of its restaurants. Mostly, the restaurants run the gamut from "OK" to "a little bit better than OK." The standouts are few and far between. So Restaurante Sirio Libanesa comes as a really welcome surprise. It offers something different! And it's really quite good! (Much better, in fact, than my rather facile dog analogy might suggest.) My wife and I enjoyed our meal just fine. There are better Middle Eastern restaurants in the world. But I'm fairly sure there aren't any to be found in Jujuy. So if you have a hankering for kabab or kibbeh, I certainly recommend Restaurante Sirio Libanesa.
