Nous avons pu déjeuner rapidement comme nous le souhaitions. L'accueil était chaleureux. C'était notre premier jour de vacances au Pérou et les propriétaires nous ont vraiment bien conseillé pour notre visite de Paracas en VTT.

We thought that we were travelling to Pisco until we turned off the highway and parked in Paracas. Some consternation all round but little point in wasting time returning to the ship to resolve. Took a stroll down the sea-front boulevard, Juan Pablo was the only restaurant that was open at the time so stopped for coffee. Friendly service, nice hot coffees, great views over the beach area and the passing promenade. Recommended.

We visited this seafood restaurant during our staying to Paracas. The restaurant was 5 minutes walk away from our hotel. We decided to have a seat outside but unfortunately we found out that the seats and tables were not clean - probably because of the winds that would blow dust all over the place. We asked for the menu and came across a fairly wide range of dishes, mainly "mariscos". The portions were fair - we ordered seafood with rice and potatos with trumpfish. The staff would always respond in Spanish although we communicated in English. When we asked to have a look at the fish, they were negative and did not allow entrance in their kitchen. We tasted the pure pisco drink - in Spanish - "pisco puro" (not the coctail) and really enjoyed it. The prices were average to cheap in relation to the portions that were served. The restaurant seems to be less touristic combined to the others located by the ocean.

A restaurant at the finest Paracas style, the scallops and the seafood together with the dishes coming from the valleys around, get blended in a wonderful menu full of taste and culture, come visit and forget the diet, you'll be able to continue with it w
My girlfriend and I visited Paracas restaurant with some backpacker friends we met on our trip, and we had a wonderful evening meal.I ordered the Lomo Saltado and my girlfriend ordered the seafood noodles and both dishes were excellent. The restaurant itself is clean and has a chilled out vibe, situated upstairs so you can get a good view of the seafront. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we even joined in on a Peru Hop tour group and made Pisco Sour cocktails! The prices are a little more expensive than other places in Paracas however.Overall we had a really good time here and I would recommend it to anyone needing a good evening meal.

Our guide told us to try this restaurant which was at the other end of the town from our hotel. The speciality is cooking on hot volcanic stones. We ordered local fish and sat back to wait. Just before we were served we were fitted with large paper aprons which looked a little strange but the reason for these soon became obvious as the main dish came sizzling on blisteringly hot stones and doing a good impression of a volcanic eruption. Given all the heat going on surprisingly the fish was cooked really well and the food was excellent. I can also praise the service which was done with a smile and a fair degree of humour

Nothing special about El Piloto. My experience at this restaurant was when I was driving from Lima to Paracas. As a pit stop restaurant, the food was all right. The decor is very basic and service is decent. Prices surprisingly were inexpensive considering their are barely any other restaurants in the area. I would recommend going to this restaurant as a pit stop when travelling to other parts of the country.

Comida marina, pescados y mariscos, vista al mar, sunset, bar, capacidad 50 personas, atención de martes a domingo, 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Went here for dinner after reading all the positive reviews about this new place. It's located a short walk from the busy area. We were surprisingly the only ones having dinner there at that moment. The owner was kind and explained us the menu and also showed us options that were not on the menu. We got a nice appetizer from the house. After that we ordered ceviche and scallops as starters, fish of the day to share as a main and a mango cake as dessert. All tasted really good and portions were well sized. Atmosphere was okay, guess it's better when more people having dinner. We had a misunderstanding about the bill (fish we got was more expensive than the menu suggested) but this was solved quickly. Price for two starters, one main, one dessert, a glass of wine and a soda was about 170 soles / 45 euro. Recommended!

La Negra Y El Blanco, the Black (woman) and the White (man). Quite simply, an encounter of lovers, the desire to share, with food as the common language. The menu at La Negra y El Blanco was born from the bounty of the Peruvian markets. Patterned after a
We visited the other day for lunch after our boat trip and had the fish of the day in the clay pot for two. Unfortunately it was really poor. The fish didnât taste fresh at all, more like a defrosted fillet and the portion was really small for two people given the price. There was barely any vegetables other than grated carrot and the sauce was very watery with not much flavour. Maybe other dishes are better but we order fish of the day thinking it would be a speciality. Nice setting though!

We read about Pukasoncco on tripadvisor and came for dinner. When we arrived there were two last fish dishes left so we had them both as well as several vegetarian dishes. The food was homey, comforting and unfussy, everything was freshly made and deliciously spicey. The chef works alone and serves the food too so it can take time. It's one of a kind, the opposite of industrial cuisine with fresh local ingredients and a good cook cooking in his little kitchen when his family is in the next room. Come early, be patient and enjoy.
