We went here for Sunday Brunch. The price of $21.99 is unbeatable for the food and champagne. Champagne was just okay, but the nice thing is that it was all included in the price. Coffee was good at $2.99 per person. Chicken was very tender, omelet was delicious, and Tostada station with various shrimp and veggie selections was very good. The Carving station was just so so to me. Shrimp dishes were outstanding. Mexican hot cocoa was unique and yummy. Waffle was nicely prepared. Front greeter was warm and friendly. Waitress was above average. Overall it's a great brunch choice for good price with good service on a holiday or any Sunday. We will come back !

Margaritaâs Grill12630 Perris, Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553We went late 9:30 on a friday night. It was our first visit and we had read some good reviews and it wasnât far from our hotel so we decided to give it a try. The place looks a little old but roomy. It looked as if the dining was separated into three different areas. There was an older couple singing Mexican music and playing the guitar. Their singing wasnât great but it was fun to listen to. Both were really sweet and came over to our table to chat a little and ask what we would like to hear them sing.We shared a combo plate since it was so late and we donât recall what it was but it seemed OK but nothing special. Our server was attentive and friendly. They serve complimentary chips and salsa and besides the regular items such as tacos, Buttitos, enchiladas taquitos and such they have rellenos, jajitas, salmon, shimp and or fish served various ways.If we are ever in the area we will give the place another try.

As a boy of the suburbs I have no right to call this authentic, but Iâm going to say it anyway: This is how I would imagine great street foods would be south of the border. We were in the area and I trusted trip advisors rating when the Christmas Tamale craving hit. I hoped it would be good and not scary as the waiter made sure to bring me a menu in English. My wife and I were the only customers needing those menu. The Tamales are not expensive and medium size, which is great as you can mix and match. I had the pork tamale and the chicken wrapped in banana leaf with mole sauce. The perfect portion of masa and meat with a sting of spicy salsa. Speaking of the salsa, I tried all three: The medium red, the hot green and a blazing roasted red (my name since they only called in âvery hotâ. The peppers had a great roasted flavor to enhance the fire. Most of the other customers were having the Sunday special of shredded lamb, Menudo and tortillaâs. It looked and smelled great (sorry Lambchop). I ordered a dozen tamales to go to enjoy at home.The place is decorated half with Mexico historical photos and half wrestler sheik so donât expect anything fancy like table cloth's and silverware. D.F. Tamales is a small âhole in the wallâ with only 7 tables and appears to do a lot of take-out business. They are about 3 miles off the 215 freeway, well worth the detour. It would be easy to dismiss as another taco joint driving by, but you would miss out of a great meal.
