This is a new restaurant in Manta. We visited for dinner and were pleased with service and food quality. It is truly Peruvian Style. The ceviche is Peruvian Style and there is a varied menu of seafood and meat dishes. Wine and beer are available. Manta should be happy to have a new International restaurant. You will like it!
the food is excellent....thats what makes this place. The ambiance is zero and it is always busy. The soups are definitely worth trying. And again i must repeat that the food is local type but very good

Our restaurant offers you the most delicious seafood in Manta. We have a great variety of dishes for your taste. Visit us at Avenue Flavio Reyes and 23th street.
A group of 6 of us hit this place on a Sunday night when we were having a hard time finding a place that was open and could meet the high quality standards of several picky eaters in the group. In terms of decor, think MacDonalds or other high end fast food establishment. Antiseptic and plastic. Defiantly not suitable for a romantic first date.Everybody enjoyed their menu selections and for some reason we were all provided with complementary bowls of delicious ceviches. No English menus were available so we had to order based on the menu pictures.Hello David its a shame that you and your friends couldn´t have find an bilingual menu, our most sincere apologies about that. We are a new restaurant, but thanks you for let us know your opinions and what we are lacking to improve. We are glad that despite those inconvenients, you have tasted our delicious ceviches. Have a good time.

C-nor Marisco specializes in Ecuadorian seafood. We serve the most exquisite plates in the city, expecting our customers to have a delightful experience. Delivery service available everywhere inside Manta City!
Went twice in the last days. Very good attention, nice waiter, you can choose from a variety of ceviches, fish ceviche is very good but I recommend to try the ceviche de concha, if you you are up to eat the special seafood from Ecuador ! It is very good ! If not , go for the fish or shrimp ceviche and donât miss the shrimp âchicharrón â! Friendly not fancy place at very good price. Go for it!
Very popular spot in a nice neighborhood. We had the fish ceviche and the shrimp ceviche. The shrimp was excellent but the fish was a little âfishyâ. One of our group, who is a regular here, said this was very unusual. We will definitely give it another chance based on that comment and the outstanding shrimp. Service was attentive and friendly.

This is a nice meat restaurant in a good location. Manta, or Ecuador in general, does not have tender meat. It usually comes straight off grass with no feedlot to tenderize it. So, I was very surprised to find this restaurant.I had the Lomo Fino (Tenderloin) and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They are known all over for their hamburgers. My wife had one with mushrooms, caramelized onions, and cheese. They come with many varieties of toppings, but all are 14 oz patties (yes, only 2 ounces under a pound) and the meat is very lean; it tasted like ground sirloin. The other couple with us had a NY Strip and a ribeye; both were tender an delicious.I thought that possibly they got their meat from Argentina (the best in SA, if not the world). We asked the manager, and was told that it was really Ecuadorian. Some came from Casa de Las Carnes, in Manta, an others were from Quito. If you want meat it would be difficult to find better in Manta.

Excellence in gastronomy from Ecuador and beyond, in the best hotel in Manta, and in the best location near the ocean.
I really enjoyed el faro. The restaurant has a lounge ambiance. The music is great. Lots of Bossa Nova. The food is awesome. Big portions. I had the Pescado Apanado and it was great.Thank you for visiting us. Its a pleasure for us to give our clients the best time and the best food in town. We hope to have you back with us any time soon. Regards.

I now live in Manta part time and would like to review some restaurants here. Las Velas is the best restaurant on the busiest beach here in Manta. I eat there often. The owner is Diana Felipe, cell 5938-302-1932, and the restaurant phone is 5935-262-9396.
Although almost all restaurants in Manta are pricy, I found Las Velas to be higher than average for what we got. The taste was there but for the price I would have expected a sounder execution. Perhaps they could work on the portions which I thought were smaller that usual. I does look like the place does well, good location. I will go back to give it another shot!
