Siete Mares is the perfect combination of a relaxing palapa on the beach and amazing food. Go to enjoy a drink and people watching or eat amazing ceviche. The restaurant is clean and service friendly. If you're hungry go for the grilled fish, you will not be disappointed. We've been going for years and will continue to every time we visit La Cruz:)

Located one block east from the Glorietta in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Unassuming looking little restaurant on the SE corner.....a small neighborhood grocery is across the street. They have a nice selection on their menu however we always go there for the shrimp quesadillas or the fish tacos. There is always plenty of chips and condiments with your order. They have inside seating and covered outside seating. They have beer available in the small bottles. Pleasant atmosphere and good service and very inexpensive.

We spent our last night in Bucerias at this restaurant. A request (kiddingly) for a romantic dinner on the beach with candles came true. To our delight, we had a lovely table on the sand with large sand candles on either side of our table. As a lot of tourists had gone home for the season, we were spoiled with great service and great food!

This is a little space with plastic tables and chairs but wonderful authentic tacos! The tortillas are made right as you order them. Several choices of fillings from seafood to meat. Delicious condiments consisting of hot salsa to milder choices and marinated napal cactus. The tacos are served with a side of baked beans. Take your own wine and beer!

The mole enchiladas were quite good, and the restaurant was cool and comfortable. Great decorations, very interesting place to be in. The ambiance was alright but they didn’t turn the music on until part way through our meal and the server didn’t check on us until we asked for the bill. Overall it was good but not excellent.

We went our first night in Mexico for a late night snack. Very good pastor tacos. Quick service. Reasonable prices. Was allowed to go to the oxxo and grab some beers. Nice sides and sauces, as you would expect out of a legit tacos place. Will return.

We stopped in for lunch after visiting the medical pharmacy (SMS-very well run) which is across the street. This place is easy to miss, but look for it! We enjoyed the grilled octopus and shrimp tacos (SO flavorful!) The tortillas are made as you wait, the tortilla chips are freshly made as are the well made salsas that accompany the chips. Very polite, friendly service. We will definitely return.

So enjoyed our dinner of the coconut shrimps and the special of the night, which was shrimps, scallops, & mahi fish in a wonderful cheese cream sauce. Very large portions- we took home enough for another meal. Walk on in past the bar and sit in a courtyard area with plants.

Tacos on the Street justly deserves its high rating for friendly, economical and delicious prime rib tacos and buckets of Coronitas and Pacificitos. Their flan is also excellent!We were 13 guys on a sports bro trip and enjoyed two dinners there. No problem creating one long table. Since we were still in the rainy season, there were few other patrons. I imagine it must be very crowded in high season. As for the food, what can I say? Only prime rib for meat, and the best corn tortillas I have tasted (I have tasted a LOT). Available with the usual add ons (free), and a small extra charge (5 pesos) for cheese. Also served as a quesadilla. Charming and friendly service. Not to be missed if in Nuevo, Bucerias, or La Cruz.

Went with a few locales who said it would be good and they were very correct. I had the octopus crevice and the fish of the with much yummy stuff, and was so happy with it I found room for creme caromel at the end. All good.
