We were here last May and couldnât wait to come back. This system of ordering 5 times max 5 portions of sushi and other dishes each, is great and good value. We like to eat but are not big eaters, so we never get the max out of it, but other guests do and itâs amusing to see what people around you order and devour.Itâs a system that doesnât exist in my adopted home country Switzerland, but would be greatly welcomed, provided the prices are kept reasonable.Staff very friendly, nice house-wine that goes well with the food, and great choice on the menu. Weâll be back soon!

Well, this was Sushi for beginners. No signature rolls or special rolls and only limited choices. Most of it was Maki or Nigiri. The Sushi appeared to have lack of flavour. The Sushi was well prepared and the place was welcoming. But honestly: I do not know why to come back.

First things first: the food tastes even better than their main location in Zuidoostbeemster (I've been there a couple of times). And yes, the selection is exactly the same. The 'all-you-can-eat'-concept (order up to 5 dishes per round per person by writing it on a listing, 5 rounds in total, time span of 2.5 hours) really works here as well. Heck, you can order 5 creme brulees per person if you want. So honestly, no concerns when it comes to food quality. The service on the other hand was extremely slow, despite we had our dinner on a special discount night (on a Saturday). Sure I can reason with longer waiting times than usual, but I think this was a tad preposterous. It took them 55 (!!) minutes to serve the dishes between the first and second order. They actually forgot to return the listing after the first order. Plus the people I was with are definitely not slow eaters at all. Moreover, we were also quite parched - we had to submit that order twice as well.In the end, we just ordered our desserts in the fourth round (instead of fifth, since we ran out of time), and even then, it took them another 30 minutes to serve us our desserts, as apparently, the waitress who took our orders, prematurely ended her shift -- taking our orders with her as well. It was only thanks to this experienced waitress the evening wasn't ruined. She actually apologized for the staff and helped us out. I think she actually scolded the younger waitresses for doing a bad job. As a result, it was not until 11:10 pm we left the restaurant (restaurant closes at 10:30 pm).In short: good food, good quality, service could be a LOT better - even on a busy night! Pretty sure every customer needs the same amount of attention, but we definitely felt neglected the entire night.
