I was a regular at CoCo Curry when I live in TJ. I consider Japanese food my comfort food and this certainly hits the spot. You can customise your options from how much rice you want, level of spice and toppings. I found it excellent, but it's always way too busy during peak hours!

Nice Japanese restaurant in Binhai, kitchen was still open 3pm for late lunch. A bit of confusion of the name in Chinese De Chuan translated Tokugawa, overall good service and good food!

We wanted to have lunch after the ferris wheel, but we could not find a restaurant. I recognized the new Holiday Inn tower and figured there would be a restaurant inside.We had decided on the Italian restaurant, but it was fully booked for an event so we ended in the Japanese restaurant.We were not disappointed. We almost had the restaurant to ourselves and were in a private room facing the river.The food is not genuine Japanese but a good enough approximation.I had rice with pork that had way too much onion, but that was quite good. The kids enjoyed their noodles and their maki.They added cream to the dorayaki, for some obscure reason, but it was still very tasteful.So we were served a kind of fusion between Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and it was not bad at all!Staff was very friendly and efficient.Would seriously consider going again when in the neighborhood.

Very overrated for what is a half empty bar charging very expensive prices for pretty average drinks.
