Just had my dinner here again after a year. Obviously nothing has changed. Waitresses with an attitude, rude and never smile [as if you owe them billions] especially the lady with some extra pounds. Never bother to great people, clean tables and when she took order with this Japanese guy beside me, she raises her voice coz of language barrier. If youâre in a bad mood or if youâre facing personal issue, by all means take a day off and go home! If you want to continue to be in the service industry, have some basic manners. Hygiene issue definitely still a BIG question. Flies are everywhere. I had a Beef Teppanyaki set. Beef taste like rubber, miso soup taste like water and rice taste like porridge. This will be my last visit for sure. Burger King taste much better!

Staff very friendly only one choice of beer, they had run out of all others. Decor just didn't do it, sadly floor covering, imitation boards was lifting in parts and whilst relatively knew chairs were already looked well used and tired. This restaurant has a nice cool ambience and the food is good and reasonably priced. Its never noisy nor overly crowded. The waiters seem to change often and are not very helpful but the menu is well illustrated. I look forward to coming back there everytime.

No doubt the staff was very attentive and helpful. I ordered mushroom soup and chicken wrap.The soup came and when I noticed there was a quite a noticeable size of small meatball when I scoop the soup, true enough when I touch it , ice cold. So it was frozen and was heated by microwave. Very healthy I called the waitress and he was very attentive, he gave me the refund of the $ I paid for the soup. No hurt feeling. The chicken wrap was so so but it was not fresh either. I looked around and I noticed no proper kitchen was actually set for the meals they have in the menu So all is frozen and heated by microwave?Anyhow,after all of these i had a food poisoning. Many flies?yes i agree. Visit again? No way!

Good food, efficient service, reasonably priced..perfect stop over after all that shopping. With such delicious ramen, there was a small a small queue inevitably. Order the signature ramen with seaweed and egg.. best value! Will be back!!
