水、油、当然、肉、全てにこだわりが有ります。当然味も良いのですが、値段が安いです。一人でもファミリーでも入りやすい作りです。ヒレよりもロースの方が美味しく思いました。カレーは大人向けです。キャベツ・ごはん・お味噌汁のお代わり無料も良いですね。佐伯に来たら必ずよります。本当に美味しいです。

佐伯市役所から徒歩5分程。佐伯うまいもん通りにあります。大量に並んだ赤い提灯が目印。とにかく刺身が美味い！新鮮！サザエ、マグロ、アジ、甘エビ。口の中に旨味が広がります。その他にもチキン南蛮、イカの唐揚げ（カレー風味）、ごまだしうどんが美味しかったです。店内に夫婦岩が置いてあるほど広くてびっくりしました。地元の人も多いようで、スタッフさんの元気もよかったです。

豊後地産にぎりと春のマグロフェアの三巻セットを頂きました。マグロは佐伯で養殖している様です。脂は有るけど旨味が足りないかな。それでも佐伯寿司特有のデカにぎり、大トロ、中トロ、赤身の三巻で1000円はお得かと。地産にぎりは、赤身、アオリ、真鯛、カンパチ、車海老、アナゴ、サザエ、脂ノリノリサバ、ウニと豪華です。立ち寄りました春の時期は脂のノリが悪いからあえて養殖と宣言しているところはよいです。

What an amazing experience. We have just finished a two week tour of Japan had some amazing meals but this is right up there! Amazing food / service and the hospitality was unbelievably friendly. Not much English spoken but that didn’t matter.

I wrote about this place in my other review as to Bungofutamigaura so here I just add few words. There are many repeaters(mostly local ones) and I heard this time from a horse's mouth sitting next to me while waiting for a opening of the bath(10a.m.) that the bath is comfortable and the seafood is very good. I myself agree to the quality of the bath but have no idea as to the seafood as I did not eat(they open the restaurant at 11 a.m.) What I hate is that the staffs are not welcoming guests. They did not help me while I asked several questions even though they are not so busy before the opening(I arrived there at 9:15 a.m.). I presume that they are quite happy only with local guests.
