This Cafe offers a variety of Thai dishes plus Hibachi. Lunch prices are very reasonable considering they include entree, drink and a side. The salad was nice but the dressing was a tad spicy. Ordered mixed vegetables with shrimp. They don't give you a real lot for example there was only four shrimp but it was very good and not overloaded with sauce like a lot of Thai restaurants. Service was excellent had a non-asian server. There also was one non-asian sushi chef for those who love sushi.Located in Gateway Commons but is not with the other restaurants in the shopping center.Folks are nice here but fair average lots of good Thai restaurants in Triangle.

The Shrimp Hibachi at Asuka is one of the best I've ever eaten. Not only were the shrimp good (although they still had the tails on) the sauce for the Hibachi was wonderful as was the shrimp sauce. The lunch portion size was rather small but was delicious. The salad that came with it had one of the best ginger sauces I've ever had also. The atmosphere is nice and the service was attentive. Would recommend if you like Hibachi.

Absolute junk sushi that is slapped together for the masses. Maybe I'm crazy but I struggle to understand how this place is rated so highly. Beyond the shoddy quality and assembly of the sushi...the cominations available we're just odd. The whole experience just sucked honestly. I felt like cattle going to the trough. A sushi place should not imbue those feelings. Location was clean and staff were friendly so that is why two stars. This place should learn a thing or two from Kai Sushi. I suspect it's busy here because it's the only place in the area.
