Have eaten many times in Ramen Nagi, but first time to visit the SM North Edsa branch. We ate at Ramen Nagi because of their birthday offer, North Edsa branch like other Ramen Nagi had aline, but it was systematic. When seated, the staff were very good and plenty compared to other outlets. The food came out fast. We all ordered the original king butao. The ramen as usual was perfect, but the service in SM North Edsa was so good. At the end, someone even came to ask how was everything. The bill out was also fast. When I was leaving, there were more people lining up. Ramen Nagi, in North Edsa, well worth the visit. Highly recomended due to its efficient staff.

Have been 5 times over the years and this is definitely the last. Very poor quality despite the price... 5380 peso... had better steak in Hard Rock cafe. Tried to fob us off with the excuse marbelled meat is fatty.... not that fatty. I know my meat. Also it came straight out of the cooler so did not cook properly on the stone slab. It should come room temp. Give the staff their due they did try to correct matters and thir final offerring was better but damage was done. Never again.... 5380 peso,s for a very poor piece of steak meat.

I enjoy dining in Ippudo. However, I find it a bit uncomfortable that we were asked to fill in a comment card immediately after ordering. I brought it up with the manager and confirmed that it was company policy to give comment cards immediately. How can you rate the food when you havent even eaten. Although They dont get it right away, other tables just answered even without eating so I think your findings are not conclusive.

Zaan is a combination of two Japanese characters: "za," means tea, and "an" means a retreat or hermitage. Tea and other refreshments are served in a tea house (or tea room). The tea house as center of social interaction is an integral part of the Zaan con
Zaan now has a wider menu. Salmon soboro chix karaage grilled salmon salad tamago sashimi all great as well as the desserts now with an even sider selextion. We also tried their sake sampler. Prices have increased since last year but remain reasonable. Service is good.Thank you so much for your positive comments. Lest reader misunderstand, let me just state here that sashimi is not in the menu. We have tamago yaki, grilled salmon (a la carte) and veggie salad with miso dip. Our starters go well with sake and I recommend cold beer with okonomiyaki especially in this warm weather.

Availed the âeat all you canâ for Php699 per head. There are 3 Okonomiyaki options: Pork, 3 Meat, and Four Cheese. Promo also includes unlimited beef, pork, and chicken Yakiniku. The duration is limited to 2hours. Time starts as soon as they start cooking. The allotted time is actually enough to get us filled. Service is prompt and the quality of food is just as good.

Visited again after a disappointing last visit. This time, everything went well. Their signature ramen eas dekicious. The meat was tender, the noodles firm and the broth was very tasty. Truly, comfort food! If happiness can be found in a bowl of ramen, this would be it!

Unprofessional staff!!! Worst service ever!!! Also, pre-arranged agreements were not followed through! Better to just spend your special occasions elsewhere! Celebrated my 30th Birthday there with a degustation for 12. Sadly, Ninyo ruined the day for me. Here are the details of what happened:1. Minutes upon arrival, we weren't offered bread... So, I asked that bread be served.. When it came, they gave 2 slices of bread on a saucer per guest and put 2 servings of butter in the middle to be shared by 3-4 people. This should have been the other way around.2. We were asked whether we wanted orange juice or iced tea.. But then, after 6 guests had been served orange juice, the waiter suddenly announced in front of everyone that the remaining guests will be forced to have iced tea. Our agreement beforehand was that all my guests should be given the option between iced tea and orange juice. I was even willing to pay extra for this but Ninyo's Facebook person said I can have dalandan juice without extra cost.3. While asking for our degustation preference, the waiters were speaking in Tagalog and without finesse, as if we were eating on the streets or some fast food chain. Also, they weren't even courteous enough to say "sir" or "ma'am" 4. My guests were not asked regarding the doneness of their steak. 5. The staff were cutting corners by serving the two courses (salmon and steak) simultaneously on one plate rather than separately as was shown in the menu.. Also, the sorbet should have been served in between these two and not immediately after the appetizers. 6. For the dessert, they couldn't properly match the guests with their dessert of choice and one guest was served the wrong dessert twice. 7. At 1:40PM, I was already being told that I would need to decide whether certain late members of my party would still avail of the degustation. This was despite our prior arrangement that we will use the venue until 4PM. Their reason for this was that their staff members were already about to leave. Also, we just started our degustation at 1PM. Were they expecting a course like that to finish in an hour? 8. The staff member computing my receipt was wearing a tattered plain white shirt! That was supposed to be a fine dining place. Why?9. It was my birthday and I wasn't even given a greeting/ complimentary dessert, even though I know that this is protocol for special occasions like anniversaries, etc. Considering that we were a group of 12, all of whom had a degustation course, I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation. 10. Other unprofessional behaviors exhibited by the staff included the following: - When we asked one of the waiters to have our group photo taken, he asked us to say "sex" instead of "cheese" or saying nothing at all- The staff were shouting at each other the orders- When serving dishes or pouring drinks, they didn't say "excuse me" even if they would be too close to their guests11. When asked why all these happened, they said that this is because the manager and waiters were new.

It was a delight to eat in this Japanese restaurant in a neighborhood, away from many people one usually finds in a mall. It is a cozy homey restaurant. We decided to eat outside because the neighborhood had a brownout. The food is delicious and authentic. It took some time to be served because I think the food is made to order. The taste and servings are so satisfying that I will come back and recommend to my friends who love Japanese food. The Oedo maki, chicken teriyaki, salmon sashimi and okonomiyaki are so savory. It was a disappointed that the clams were not available. Strangely, you need to ask for the official receipt. Parking is limited so it is better to come early.

They are consistent with the quality of their katsu, whether it's hire (no fat), rosu (with trimming of fat), menchi (minced meat), and Japanese-style curry. For this visit, I tried their Rosu Katsu Curry Set and the coating was crunchy as always. Meat was reasonably tender and the miso soup, cabbage, and watermelon were at par to expectations. I also loved the brown rice option!
