First let me say the food is fine. Like most Teppanyaki restaurants you will leave Wu's full. The experience varies greatly by chef. I would have rated the restaurant a 4 star if it were not for the staff. During lunch, there are specials. The staff never takes the time to explain them. The language barrier is also a problem with the staff. I always wind up paying way more than the people around me who seem to get more food. When I ask the wait staff why I always get the same response; "They ordered the special." I always feel ripped off. I realize it is up to me to educate myself on all of my options, fortunately most wait staff guide you. Just not at Wu's.

Fuji Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar is located in a good-sized shopping center where there is lots of parking. The restaurant is good-sized and stretches over a couple of storefronts. We decided on sushi, so we tried the pink volcano roll and Johnny's crunch roll and both were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient and the prices were reasonable.

WORST Customer Service Ever!I went into this location this evening and ordered two pene pasta with house marinara. When I got home, I don't even know what I got. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to her what happened. She asked me if I was coming back to get what I ordered or did I just want her to put my name down for a credit. I explained to her that it was close to 7:30 pm. I also asked for something for my effort of having to return. She then told me I was rude and hung up. I called back and asked the girl who answered the phone for the name of the manager. She refused and said she would get her. The manager gets of the phone. When I asked her why she hung up on me, she told me I was rude. I asked her what her name was and she refused to tell me her name. I then said I was going to call the Corporate office and post a message on Facebook (which I did already). She told me to do what I had to do and call the corporate office and hung up again. I called back a third time ... they picked it up but did not say anything. At that time, I was very mad.I put my shoes and coat on and drove to the Noodles & Co which is about 10-15 minutes away. I walked in and I believe the employees knew who I was with the bag in my hand. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was helping another customer and the girl pointed to the employee at the next register. The manager would not look at me. I explained to them I wanted my money back. I had to wait for the manager to complete her transaction with the other customer. Meanwhile, all the other employees were looking at me ... I guess I was the talk after the manager hung up on me. I told the person at the register that where I work, if an employee talked to a customer the way I was talked to and hung up on, they would be fired. The manager came up to me. When I asked her for her name again, she refused. I then told her I would take her picture so I could show the corporate office which employee was rude. She walked away, called me a stalker, a B*%ch, and used the "F" word. When I inquired where she went, they told me she was on the phone with her manager. Then all of the backroom employees came out to look at me. I smiled & waved to them.A refund was finally given to me. My daughter and I would to into Noodles & Company all the time. This will be my last time as a customer. They have lost a loyal customer. I also talk to my employees about customer service .. and I will use their name and this story as an example of bad customer service. We have over 500 employees, and they will all know this story.
