Heading out on a day trip to the island of Kinkasan and Komei directed us to the fish market for breakfast. You'll need the translator to buy a ticket at the self-service machine. We went for the sashimi/tempura set and it was outstanding.

Went there during the trip in northern part of Japan. Onagawa town still leaves legacy of tsunami but can see local people's effort to recover from the disaster. This restaurant serves fresh seafoods coming from ports in the area. Fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The place is not that accessible but worth trying. I had seashells sashimi and mekabu rice bowl with scallops on the top.
