When two of my friends suggested we meet at Ronin for Happy Hour, I had no idea what to expect. I think I just found one of my favorite sushi places! The staff was amazing and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We had a wine and some great food, My friends love the ribs and I had a California roll, spicy tuna tacos and edemami! I think I am going to become a regular here! Love this place!

My husband has raved about this place from work outings and we finally got the chance to go together. The sushi here is sublime... we ordered the dynamite rolls, the golden salmon rolls, the beef rolls and the Southern rolls. All were excellent but the dynamite rolls (served on fire) were the best, followed closely by the Southern rolls. Those had a nice crunch due to a light tempura breading and great flavor. We also enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they offered some great cocktail options ($3 each) on this Saturday afternoon. My only slight complaint would be our server was not overly friendly and it took quite awhile to get the food even though the place was not busy. But we will definitely return here.

I have been going here for more than a decade because of the consistent food quality. They make excellent sushi and do it relatively quickly at a reasonable price. The new space so far is disappointing though. The flow between ordering, paying, sitting, getting served.....it is a mess. They need to completely rethink the process and make better signs. Looks like they tried to build out the interior "on the cheap" instead of making it comfortable and inviting.Next time I will order to go or just grab pre-made sushi.

Hidden gem. We ordered to go 3 California and added cream cheese and green onion to the rolls, house salad, edamame, seaweed salad, summer veggie roll and was going to order the lobster roll but they were out of lobster today. Will have to try it another time. The total was $32.45. It’s a small and cozy place. Nice and friendly staff. Great spot for sushi if you are nearby. Excited to try out the sushi. Was told it would take about 10 mins. Took about 15 minutes total in the end. Interior looks like it could use some work and refinement still. Not sure what it was before they took over and opened up a month ago. Lighting seems rather sparse in the back by the bathroom. The more I look around and think about it the interior needs some change in color, not fond of the orange paint at all and maybe remove the pasted on pics on the tables. Not sure I liked the blue and green light bar accenting the wall at the top. It really has no decor to indicate an Asian theme at all, except the door curtain. The Cali rolls with the add ons was delicious, could have eaten 100s of them. The seaweed salad was just okay, not as fresh as I would have liked. The ginger salad was good, but the tomatoes were not very good and I had to spit them out. The edamame was decent. Food was good overall. Would definitely go back for their Cali roll, we enjoyed their crab salad in the roll.
