Junto ao Clube Aliança, o Buffet Martins é sem dúvidas o melhor buffet de Novo Hamburgo. A qualidade dos alimentos é destaque, especialmente os pratos de frutos do mar. O serviço é eficiente. Estacionamento fácil. Os preços estão um pouco acima da média, mas vale.

I do not search to much for sushi since I have my preference in Novo Hamburgo, however, happened to meet friends in this one,My friends were not to experienced in sushi, and they got the worse impression on hereSushi is not terrible, but also not special at allThey were very economic on table serving, buffet was always missing a lot of kinds and guess ... salmon was rare, when they load on bar, everybody run there to get some portion. Obviously frequent visitors already knew the trick, hehe

This is a very beautiful place but the service is just standard. The selection of fish is limited to almost just salmon. They give priority to the "anything you can eat" buffet. The price is average for the city but much higher than Porto Alegre.

Letâs begin being clear that this is not an authentic Japanese restaurant. My family is Japanese and I often go to Japan and I can assure that you wonât find these sushi there. However, the food offered here tastes fine. There are too many options with chili. Again, not bad, but not Japanese. Also, the appearance could be better. The nori is not firm, the majority are uramakis and they are not tightly holding together and there are too much asymmetry in the portions. For one price for all-you can eat, it is fine, but not outstanding.

Somehow in NH there is a boom of âJapaneseâ restaurants. This one seems to be likable because there are lines of people waiting for a table. The food is fine, but it is a fusion type of restaurant. It is not Japanese or serve stuff that you can find in Japan. So, if you like rice rolled in a nori with stuff like cream cheese, fruits, custard, and other westernized ingredients, go for it, but go early or you will have to stand in line for a long time.
